His…read moredark-haired female supervisor (I'm guessing she was anyway), however, was incredibly snarky and rude toward our 3 year old who was being a very well mannered 3 year old but just happened to put his hand on one of their mirrors. Then she was rude to my wife when she asked if we could purchase vs rent the particular suit I was there getting fitted for. Separate note, I asked if they had military discount and she cut off the younger gentleman and said no because "people were abusing it". What does that even mean? Anyway, just seemed like one more opportunity for her to take another rude jab. Oh, she also dismissed our request to get our two little boys measured because they were "due for a growth spurt" but given her attitude thus far at this point in the visit, my wife and I are pretty sure she just didn't want to deal with us any further. The younger gentleman and lighter-haired lady working there were incredibly nice, she was very much not. Will avoid this location best we can moving forward, if not Men's Warehouse altogether. The Old Navy store model hasn't changed in years. It's very predictable and familiar. Low prices abound. Things don't generally fit me as we'll as I'd like them too. I can't recall the last time I actually purchased something but somehow I still find myself ending up here. Employees don't go out of their way to be helpful - not that would expect them to. It would be a nice change from the norm, though. It could be Old Navy 2.0. Overall it's an average experience on all levels.

The comparable price was $20, and they were marked down to $15. I waited in line for a couple of minutes before a cashier called me over to her register. She made friendly conversation and accurately rang up my purchase. I tried the pants on at home, and they fit.

I recently saw a picture in a frame that I thought was nice. They had a $25 sticker on it and the frame and glass were cracked. Some of the clothes I can find cheaper on clearance at Walmart or Target. I have also seen items with the original price sticker from when they were bought, and a Goodwill sticker beside it with a higher price. I understand they want to make more profits but let's be reasonable. People come to Goodwill for the bargains. I rarely go anymore.

My husband and I shopped here to browse men's outwear and treadmills. My husband commented that the prices of the outwear were too high. When we were looking at the treadmills, an employee nearby saw us but did not greet us. One of the treadmills did not have a price tag, so I asked her about it. She was not able to answer our questions well, so she said that she would find another employee to help. We did not feel impressed with her communication and job performance. The second employee could not find the key to turn on the treadmill, so he used a different key that thankfully worked. We asked him about the features of the treadmill, and I found the answers on the Dick's website on my cell phone before he could find the answers. At least he spoke politely with us. My husband and I decided to purchase that treadmill, which was name-brand and half-off for only $1,000 plus $175 for delivery and assembly in our home. The employee accurately rang up our purchase. He said that he could schedule delivery for weeks later, which was too long of a wait for us, so we instead waited for he delivery company to select a date, and that date was only days later.

At the customer-service desk, I had to wait in line for several minutes before an employee served me. For some reason, he thought that my pillows and pillow covers were from two separate orders, but after I explained, he correctly refunded my payment to my credit card. In the store, I looked at office supplies and over-the-counter medications, and I founded what I needed. I felt happy with the quality and prices of those products. I used the self-checkout and experienced no problems with the machine.

this walmart is an absolute train wreck. for the 3rd time in the past 4 months we have placed a…read moremostly grocery delivery order of 52 items. through walmart.com we selected to pay $3 extra for expedited delivery within 3 hours. at 4 hours we received a message that our order was delayed. at 5 hours we called the store and spoke with jake in the online delivery dept and he told me that we did not order from walmart, that we ordered through spark? i gave him our delivery confirmation number from walmart.com. he responded with "uhhh i dont know man, dont know what to tell you" i asked for a manager and he hung up on me. i immediately called back jake answered the phone i said jake you hung up on me we got disconnected by accident. again he said "oh uhhhh i dont know" again i asked for a manager i heard him talking to someone else and he was being very rude and said to this other person " i told this guy he did not order through us and he wants a manager. the other person who it turns out his name is brendan got on the phone and he asked for my delivery confirmation number the last 4 digits and my name. i told him. he said "there aint nothing i can do" i asked are you a manager he said no i am a dept head. i asked him again what do you mean there is nothing you can do? he replied with "look man i dont know what to tell you, maybe you should try another store" i was fuming at this point but kept my cool. i asked him can i please speak with a store manager. he asked me to hold on and within 5 seconds responded with " there aint no manager to talk to and he hung up on me. so now i proceeded to call walmarts main number 1-800-925-6278. i was on the phone for approximately 15 minutes explaining my situation and was advised to cancel my order and reorder it. i explained that this has happened before and it takes up to 3 to 5 business days to get a refund and we do not have any funds on our card to reorder. we had just returned home from vacation and had placed a very large order which wiped out what we had on our debit card. we had very little left in our home to eat because we were gone for 3 weeks and did not want food spoiling in our refrigerator and we had cleaned it out. at this point it is 10:15 pm we had no money on our card to reorder and would not get the order until the next day. the pizza shops were closed to order anything so soup it is which is fine. i got side tracked sorry so the girl on the phone said sorry. i asked to talk with a supervisor she said please hold and she hung up on me and we will just say we got disconnected to be nice. i called the main number again went through all the information and again got nowhere. i asked can i please speak with a supervisor or manager which i was told i am a supervisor ( this persons name was deeksha) i asked there is no other supervisor or manager to talk to, she said no. this is crazy and i have had enough the whole point is this is the 3rd time in 4 months that this has happened with the cranberry twp pennsylvania walmart and it did not happen that we had no food in our home the other 2 times but to place an order and just not get anything no phone call from the store no apologies nothing and when we finally did speak to a manager at the store the other 2 times we finally did get an apology but keep getting told that there is nothing they can do at times they cant find drivers and things get messed up. this is absolutely ridiculous that a super corporation like walmart cannot get deliveries right and just does not deliver and no one calls us to let us know that hey we cannot find a driver and apoligize. so we will be placing our order with another walmart that is close to us in gibsonia,pa that does not seam to have the problems that cranberry twp, pa walmart has. this store is anabsolute joke it is too big for their britches and when it comes down to it they just do not care plain and simple and we have had corporate tell us we are sorry we get mant complaints every dat about this store and we are sorry but it is out of our hands? well who's hands is it in?? it is time that we are making calls to our local tv channels tomorrow morning and see where this goes. it is to the utmost dissapointing that the store ties up our money and just does not care!!! wow well we will see if anybody contacts us after this review and who knows maybe you will see me on the news in the next couple of days?
