This Kohl's is a chain department store that sells clothing, shoes, and accessories for women, men, and children as well as goods for the home such as bedding, bath linens, kitchenware, decor, and small furniture. It also contains a Sephora store in the middle. I shopped here to browse the women's clothing and home goods. The brands included store brands (e.g., Tek Gear) and name brands (e.g., Adidas). I found a tank top on sale for only $8, and my husband wanted to buy a waffle maker for only $25. I thought that these products were a high quality and had prices that were as low as they could be. We used the self-checkout, and the machines worked correctly. We did not interact with employees at all, not even as we were walking around the store, so I cannot comment on how they speak. read more

A ton has been done to make this location a fun place to shop again. I was worried about this location for a while because it seems like the staff let it go. The improvements have made me want to shop there again. read more

Cranberry township store is filthy and unorganized. Employees are not friendly and products are not priced

I'm currently visiting my parents and needed a few things from Kohl's. And while drive up is okay the customer service is the WORST. I had a pick up order and I had some additional questions that needed to be addressed. The customer service representative was very dismissive. There was no welcome. There was no thank you. She wasn't friendly until I shared I would reach out to a manager. But as soon as I met the manager, I understood the culture of the store. She treated the representative the way they treated me. While she was able to address my concern, there was such a lack of soft skills, should I return, I'll stick to online ordering and drive up. The less interaction the better. A friend suggested I go to this Kohl's because it is bigger and has more selection. She couldn't have been more wrong. I've been in quite a few Kohl's and never was another store in such deplorable condition. Clothes were just tossed on shelves, not folded, no organization. I was looking for jeans but after a considerable amount of time I walked out and went to TJ Maxx, took a few pairs of jeans in the dressing room, tried them on and bought 2 pair. Let me start by saying that immediately as you walk in, staff are dismissive and utterly disrespectful. I was treated like a complete pig of a person today, all for asking a question. Second, the racks are completely trashed!!! Clothes ripped off of hangers and thrown on the floor, racks and everywhere else. You see staff members putting racks back together but how much are they actually doing here??? This is every time I decide to give this location a chance with my business again. Lastly, the lines at checkout and overall customer service is terrible. I waited an hour in line and ended up leaving anyway. It's a waste of time, this Kohl's location. I hadn't shopped at a Kohl's in years but dropped by several months ago to check out the kid's section for my daughter. If I'm shopping for quality clothing, I would rather spend my money at Gap or Osh Kosh. However, in my opinion, Kohl's is the best place to go for affordable character apparel. Most of my daughter's wardrobe is a bit more sophisticated, but she does love Peppa Pig and Minnie Mouse. Kohl's always has a great selection of these characters. read more

Every time I come to this location I find very long lines. Doesn't matter what day, time, or season. It sucks. Be prepared to wait in line. Management needs to do something about it. They need to make sure every terminal is staffed, cashiers are efficient, and they bring people to jewelry registers as well. read more

My wife and I had created a registry for gifts at this location. We saw a set of glassware we liked but did not receive it. When we went back into the store to purchase it they were out of stock. Which is no big deal, we just ordered them online. When they arrived at our house they were completely shattered. They were on sale at the time of purchase. When my wife and I went to exchange for a non broken set. The only option they gave us was to give us our money back and then purchase a new set at full price. Absolute terrible customer service and I would caution anyone from ordering anything online. read more

On the day of pick up, security followed my daughter out of the store. He thought she stole it because it was not in a bag. She showed him the receipt. A few days later she received a letter stating she had to pay $225 in restitution. I will not buy from again,ever. I love the clothes I find at Kohls. Not your everyday fare. Stylish but priced nicely. The service at this Kohls was wonderful.

So. I called up kohl's as a second option to men's warehouse because I needed some shirt stays for a wedding in town. A guy picked up and told me he would transfer me to the mens department. Meanwhile I'm still parked in the men's warehouse parking lot. Skip 15 minutes and I got bored of waiting on hold so I started driving aimlessly around until I found kohl's. At 25 minutes after the call was placed I walked into the store still on hold for the men's department. At that point instead of telling someone they should pick up the god damn phone I simply hung up and found an employee in the men's section. I nicely asked her if the store had shirt stays. She looked very confused and asked me to describe them. Though I thought a clothing store which try's to brand itself as nicer than similar places really should know what shirt stays are I explained to her what they do. Twice. After she couldn't grasp that shirt stays were not "hipster shorts or something right" she called her manager on her ear piece radio. After the manager also didn't know what they were she held the microphone to my face and asked if I would describe to the manager what shirt stays were through the microphone. At that point I decided since no one in the store seemed competent enough to pour themself a cup of water let alone hunt down the item I needed I decided it was time to tell them I would look somewhere else. read more
