I shop all over the world and routinely frequent high end stores and have never experienced anything like this. There was hardly anything that great in the store anyways, not to mention items that were too good for me to touch!!! Sorry, I will shop in Shadyside and Paris where they have real couture clothing. Six weeks went by and I never heard from them so I called them and they said that they had sold it for $70! And that my check for $35 would be waiting for me. I immediately went and got my other purses back. These people rip you off! Beware of this establishment! When I asked to see the invoice of how much they had sold it for they would not produce it. I splurged, and ended up with three pairs of shoes. I could have bought literally every pair of Womens shoes in the shop! Kiersten is amazing and makes sure you really find what you love. I told her what I was looking for and she brought me a bunch of options in different widths and sizes. The shoes are more expensive, but you really pay for the quality. They will last me longer than any other pair of summer sandals has. These are all the MOST COMFORTABLE shoes (not to mention heels and wedges) i have ever tried! They were all soft and cushy and felt better than sneakers. I bought a pair of wedges, one pair of sandals with a small chunk heel, and one pair of flatform sandals. There was a buy one get one 50% off sale at the time. I couldn't pass it up. After being at the shoe store for over almost two hours (talking and shopping) I came home and tried them all on again and couldn't be happier. I can't recommend this store enough. I am obsessed!! Can't wait to go fall shoe shopping and check out all the boots!

When I shopped here, the store had a very visually appealing interior design. However, the store sold only some women's merchandise and significantly more men's merchandise. I felt most interested in shopping for myself, so I did not feel thrilled with the small selection of women's clothing and shoes. Furthermore, some of the prices were higher than what I wanted to spend, and employees did not interact with me much. On the plus side, this store had multiple dressing rooms so customers did not have to wait to use them. And the departments for golfing and baseball looked like a decent size.

I occasionally shop at Ross to search their racks and shelves for bargains. During this shopping trip, the store looked to not be fully stocked and to have some empty shelves, so I will give a neutral rating because the selection of merchandise could be more of what I need and want. This store did, however, have a nice Christmas section and a good assortment of kitchen pots and pans, and the prices were reasonable. I found a pack of several pairs of Calvin Klein underwear for only $27.
