This year I wasn't feeling the Nordies or Macys fashion vibe, and the economy is struggling, so I decided to make a concerted effort to shop only consignment for a couple of months. I've had such fun shopping at Revibed. It's a friendly atmosphere, and the owner recognizes the value of meeting/interacting with her clientele. I love to take my hubby in to pick up the great sale items (almost always has a sale that incl 60% off of a color tag). I've come to find her base price to be very good anyway, so having it on sale is just a bonus. There's a $5 rack typically.. high end is ALWAYS VERIFIED. I know this cause I consigned a pair of high end shoes (which she sold in record time). I've come to know her as honest and fair as a business owner. I did ask her if there was anything she wanted me to highlight in my post, but she did not respond. I was transparent with her that I was making a review as an Elite in direct response to another person's review on Yelp, which I felt was unfair and written in haste rather than proof. Alas, I have no pictures, so you'll just have to go in and sift around for yourself. Give yourself at least an hour, and have fun!

My wife asked to see one of her Louis Vuitton bags and in looking it over questioned if it was real based on the lining of the bag. She has worked for luxury brands and worked as an Authenticator for years and in this case it is a pretty normal question. The owner quickly got very angry at the question and refused to help my wife when she asked to see another bag. She instead went to the back to loudly bad mouthed us for questioning the authenticity. All of this was even funnier since the bag in question had a CLEARLY fake LV scarf on it, that she admitted was fake, yet she was so offended when we questioned her carrying fake goods. There so so many better consignment store out there with people who value their customers - do yourself a favor and skip this one. Her response only confirms my review and experience. If you are so fragile that you wanted to throw someone out of your store for simply questioning the authenticity of an item that had a fake item on it then you should not be in business. We have dealt with hundreds of dealers all over the world and never found one as rude as this one. Just read her response if you have any doubts.

Let me start off by giving credit where credit is due. Shopping here is a positive experience... the store is quaint, smells pleasant (if you know you know), and has a wide array of items and selections. Butttt... Consigning here is frustrating, to say the least. The hoops you must jump through and the dates you must clock to finally get your commission check is outrageous. First, YOU must keep track online of what sells. Next, once YOU notice a sale, YOU must call in to "request" your commission of your item. Then, you must WAIT 90 days. After that 90 days, nope, you still don't get it yet, you must call in, again, to "re-request" your commission check. Next, almost there, you must receive a call back from the owner or manager to verify it and let them know you will be in that day or so to pick up your check. THEN, and only then, you may drive in to collect your check. By now, I'm mentally and physically exhausted... So, a great little shop but the policy on consigning needs a little tweaking! *** EDIT...... I have since dropped my 2 star to a 1 star because the owner got a little snarky and dishonest when commenting on my review... I did call on October 14, 2025, and I did bring an LV KeepAll in to potentially sell but then from there on you are not being 100% honest... At that October in store visit I was told to call about my check in mid January to get a specific date. When I called on January 6th, I was told then that the date was January 22nd but to call in a day before.. (like for what reason exactly? It's so redundant!) So, I called today on the 20th and was told verbatim by Kristina/Christina (sp?) that "The owner/manager would be calling me tomorrow on January 21st to verify my request and make sure that she can cut the check"!! It's at that point that I got frustrated and told her that it was at no fault of hers but that this checking, calling, and recalling policy just seems too much and is really annoying. She still insisted that the owner/manager still had to call me and I finally said "fine, whatever" and we ended the call. So it's not "deja vue" at all; I followed everything that I was told to do... I was told to call two different times and then that I'd get a call back to confirm. And that's what I did. But the cherry on top is that I said pretty much all nice things about shopping her store but in a forthright and semilighthearted way said that maybe the policy needed tweaking and she got so defensive and snarky and basically, instead of tweaking her policy, tweaked the truth... UPDATE TO THE CATTY OWNER.. Not hiding just haven't posted a review since 2012 so I added my full name and middle initial and a picture, you really got me!! But it's ok, dox me lol I don't care.. you're petty and insecure. Also I'm banned before I can pick up my check?! Are you a liar and a thief...?! I hope people know that's really what your contract is, just like your other 1 star review suggests, just a contract of mishmash so you can keep items and commissions!! And, I screamed at your employee?! Again, A LIE!! I told her in a normal audible level that I was frustrated and even apologized to her that she had to be on the receiving end of my complaint since she doesn't set the guidelines!! PS... So sad I'm banned from your glorified goodwill store!! How will I ever go on without buying used clothing?!

Miller's Crossing Fleatique is a welcomed addition to the Pittsburgh thrifting scene. It has just…read morerecently opened, technically a second location. The first one is located in Irwin, PA, this is the first one within the city limits. This place is huge. A large building that has sections that vary dependent upon the person(s) that occupy that space. I guess you could look at this place as a consignment shop, thrift shop, and resale shop all in one. Product changes very often in here so I can guarantee you that no matter when you visit, it will feel new. The booths differ dependent on who occupies them, like I said before. If you are interested in occupying a booth they have information on that at the front counter. There is information on the price of size of space you want to have and then you also must note that you will be paying a commission percentage for each item. If a price doesn't feel right to you, you can talk to the people here and they could adjust the price to move the product. Be sure to check each booth carefully. Sometimes specific booths will be having a sale on their items, but it is just for that particular booth. Parking is a bit weird here as you have no idea where the parking spots are. So kind of go with the flow when it comes to parking. Careful when exiting this place as it is near a one lane underpass that seems to have a constant flow of traffic.

There's an entire purse wall that I found to be pretty overpriced. They were reselling a Coach factory mini wristlet for $46! You could buy a new one for around that price just a few doors down in the same outlets. Some 2000s Vera Bradley and Coach were marked at $50! You're better off heading to ebay and poshmark to look. Not much for jewelry. Not a huge clothes selection. What is there is definitely for an older crowd. I came in looking for a leather jacket for my sister, and the three leather jackets I saw were cheaply made and very dated. There are also homewares here.
