I recognized brands such as Calvin Klein and Nike, but I had not previously heard of some of the other brands. I thought that the prices were low to moderate. While that may sound generous, it doesn't solve the original problem, and it left me feeling like the store wasn't willing to take responsibility for their own oversight. It was a very small request and could have been resolved easily with good customer service, but it wasn't. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend shopping here or trying to resolve any issues directly with the owner. There are plenty of other stores that value their customers and stand behind their promotions.
