Let me start from the beginning. My husband and I found this company through a referral of my neighbors. They presided the GM highly. We've been wanting to replace our windows for years, but the anxiety led us to procrastinate. We called the number our neighbors gave us, as they had this gentleman's number stored in their phone. We were received by a warm pleasant and respectable voice. The first thing that intrigued us was his blunt honesty from the beginning. The gentleman made us aware that he was no longer working for the previous company that did the window remodel for our neighbors. That he was now with REVAMP, but if I wanted the details of his former employer that he could refer me to them. We assured him that we heard about him and how he takes care of his customers. That it's not the company our neighbors bragged on it was his attention to detail and the way that he made them feel from beginning to end. Fast forward a few minutes of minute detail and the gentleman scheduled an appointment to see us the next day at 1PM. When he arrived at our door he introduced himself, with a warm pleasant smile and handshake as Q! He called us by first name, gave my husband and I a hug and came inside the house. We offered lemonade and biscuits. And talked for about 45 minutes about things that had nothing to do with our home. Q became apart of our family! Rewind. This gentleman doesn't look like a handy man nor the type of man you'd see giving an estimate. He looks like our banker! His vehicle appeared to be just cleaned, his shoes shined, pants starched and shirt tucked in and well ironed. He reeks of confidence and success and this energy along with his ability to listen put my husband and I at ease. We never felt as though he was selling, rather trying to find a way to help. We have about 32 original wooded single pane windows. Some rotted, some painted shut, just horrid. He identified all of our problems, created a plan to have them replaced that looked and felt like exactly what we envisioned and lastly worked hard to make it affordable. Never during this exchange did we feel pressure or pressured. After his presentation of his window and a detailed story about the company's history from formation to date, it was a no brainer that we were making the right decision, so we signed the paperwork. The next morning at 9AM sharp we received a warm welcome call from a young lady, I forget her name, welcoming us to the REVAMP family. After pleasantries she scheduled our measure. Fast forward. Q showed up to the measure, he showed up to the install and since then has showed up to our house twice since unexpected just to stop by and say hi! Now before I go any further we were and are 10000% satisfied with our new windows, the install and the process. But REVAMP, this young man that you've hired as your General Manager is a GEM! In a time where all company's care about is a buck he showed that people still have a heart. And the price for that isn't measurable. He kept his word and went above and beyond our expectations and the picture our neighbors painted. If home improvement ever comes up in any circle that we're in rest assured all he has to do is show up because we would have already sold the job for him! Lol. I need to give a shout out to an amazing company here in Atlanta! Recently my and I had to replace all of the windows in our house because many were rotting, poor seals ,etc. We decided to make some quality and visual changes, replacing many of the double hung's with big picture windows so we could let as much natural light and nature in as possible. What a difference it has made in our home. Waking up in the morning and looking out this beautiful window fills me with such peace and gratitude. Q, the owner, has gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, and his crew did an amazing job, and were not only great at what they do, but were mindful and respectful of the fact that we were all in the house as they worked. We recently put our house on the market , and in the first few weeks we had more inquiries about who worked on the kitchen window than offers on the house ! Used this company in the past to replace 20 windows for my East Cobb home. Lost the contact & was having a very hard time locating the number. I googled the name this morning & of course they came right up. I messaged them here & they responded right away! I have 25 remaining windows. I was introduced to Revamp thru a neighbor, who actually drove their truck in my neighborhood. I was contacted quickly and setup an appointment to get gutters on my home. I've been known to be a challenging customer but both the sales person and office manager were patient and offered me the incentives and service to get the deal done.
