In terms of service, I asked for help measuring a piece and found a friendly face right away. This store is clean and vibrant, but also unpretentious. When I got in line, about 10 minutes into the 20 minutes I waited in line someone finally came to another register. She was nasty and really rude for no reason. I get you guys are busy, but I'm actually one of the nicer people in this store so not sure why your attitude and the situation you are dealing with was directed at me. What really annoyed her is that because the return was for someone else, she had to do two transactions. One for the return, which she, again, rudely and for no reason said she couldn't put it on a card, because do I see this line, mind you, I didn't even ask for it to go on a card, I just wanted it returned however you do a return, like I don't shop here regularly enough to know your return policy; and two, because since the return was for someone else, I paid a different way for my purchase.
