It's not often you get WOW'd by such great service after your car tries to separate you from your money, but I have to say this place WOW'd me! I was so impressed by all the things that mattered most to me. They don't have a fancy lobby with movies, A/C blowing in your face , and designer snacks, and honestly, that's not what I'm looking for anyway. I'm looking for clear and concise communication without being sold unnecessary work. I care about integrity. Don't lie to me. Do what you say you're going to do when you say you're going to do it. Treat me with respect and offer me a fair price. All of that was met far beyond my expectations. I will absolutely come back here and tell all my friends and family about this place because they deserve the business. Good business owners deserve loyal customers and and good people deserve exceptional service. I walked in needing help and left a happy customer with a new friend. I was quoted approximately $1,700 for the repairs. The photos they showed me appeared believable, and since I had noticed a leak beforehand, I assumed it may have been related to my AC system. However, I did not feel comfortable with the direction of the conversation and decided to seek a second opinion. I contacted a trusted friend, Alex, who highly recommended Don Henderson's shop for their honesty and fair pricing. I called and was told to bring my vehicle in the same day. After inspecting the car, the mechanic provided a reasonable quote and explained that the immediate issue was the leaking rear struts. My main concern was addressing the rear struts, and the repair was completed on the spot for only $400. I felt incredibly fortunate to receive honest service, a fair price, and immediate assistance without a long wait. The experience gave me peace of mind and restored my confidence in finding trustworthy automotive repair service. Thank you for your professionalism Bernie B

I would highly recommend them.
