I showed the woman two toes on my right foot and explained that they were broken and were not to be touched - I wasn't sure if she understood me and a different woman came in to do massage. She asked me about the pressure I wanted and got to work. A few min in she tapped my foot and asked if that was the bad one which showed that my request was communicated and taken seriously. Two or three times during first half hour or so I was asked if I was "ok" and if pressure was too hard. I told her everything was great and once she realized my comfort level she continued working until the time was up. While it's not an upscale spa, it is reasonably priced, clean, neat and the people I dealt with were competent and professional.

So I went to the front to pay and the owner says how are they, I showed him the nails he said OH! We can take the paint of the side of your finger if you want, I was almost in tears and let him know I'd just do it at home! I did explain to him being in the service industry I wanted to still tip but that I would not be returning!
