Most recently I came back from an epic vacation in a warm moist climate to Pittsburgh's dryer weather and really felt dehydrated. I believe Quick Drip IV accepts walk-ins but I always like to call ahead of time, and they have always been able to provide an IV solution the same day. A certified nurse performs the IV drip and the infusion usually lasts about a half hour. This is a great service to help support my health goals.

Went back in for emergency surgery 10/27.I was to have boots for blood clots put on my legs.I asked the nurse she looked at it not concerned said well they're not hooked up,no machine.NEVER got a machine to hook them up at all.I was to have a binder on they took it off to get my vitals NEVER put it back on.It sounded like there was a party going on at the desk outside of my room.I said is there a party going on,she said "oh no we're just having a good time".I had to have her close my door for it to be quiet.I was in 3 days before I could get my reg. Meds. The nurse called down on the 3rd. day at 1:00pm still at.10:00pm I had no meds. I needed my anti-depressant meds. Finally by the next morning I was able to get my meds.I didn't sleep for 3days due to this.My one nurse told me she didn't know what she was doing.She normally was in resources they pulled her off for that evening

The entire staff--from the administrative team to the dedicated doctors, nurses, and surgeons--were not only competent and talented but also genuinely friendly, patient, and attentive. Every question was answered with care, and I always felt respected and prioritized during my recovery. Beyond the medical excellence, the hospital environment itself was superb. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the attention to hygiene was constant and reassuring. Even the food was delicious and provided great comfort during my recovery. I was also deeply touched by the thoughtful details, like the substantial care package and the puzzles provided to help pass the time--a small gesture that made a huge difference in making the long stay feel more manageable. I went to the triage area and reported the problem, it was not new to them. She had fallen out of her chair earlier in the afternoon, she had reported it to the appropriate folks twice and nothing was done. She was so sick. I saw a police officer and two staff members literally step over her, offered no help. My 96 year old aunt had been brought in via EMS, I was not allowed to go back and see her, they were to call me when she was ready. They never called me back until I insisted I be able to see her, I found her sitting in a wheel chair in the treatment area in her urine. She had asked several workers to take her to the bathroom, no-one helped her, hence she urinated on the floor, no-one cleaned that up. Someone needs to address the care at this madhouse, it was deplorable. Where is the compassionate care?

I am very happy with my therapist but this company is not professional or competent. I have been…read moretrying to get them to file my claims to insurance for over 6 months. They kept telling me that there's nothing I could do, it's related to a change in their system or a company acquisition, I frankly don't care. They finally filed my claims from February in August. However, I cannot get ahold of anyone to pay my bill. My best guess is that they are calling me back from a different number than the one I called for assistance. But they don't leave a message and if I'm right the person who calls back is just breating into my voice mail for 2-5 minutes and leaving no message or option to call back. It's frankly creepy and I hope it's not them returning my call. Their website shows I owe nothing but also has the wrong co-pay, so I cannot even use the system to pay for further appointments. A true dumpster fire, and it's too bad because they have good therapists.
