Burnett took time to engage my 90 year old father in stories and kept us all at ease.

I'm not sure if my experience is strictly based on covid or not because I'm a fairly new patient to…read morethis office. However, I have never had such a bad experience with a PCPs office before in my life. Back in July I had a very large mass on the front of my throat which was making it hard for me to breathe and swallow. (Clearly not covid. I had a visible lump on my throat.) I came into the office because I was afraid my air supply was going to diminish due to the mass and they made me wait in my car. Because I said "hard for me to breathe" they counted it as a covid apt and made me take a covid test in my car and wouldn't let me into the office until I got my results back. It ended up taking FOURTEEN days for my results to come back. After about a week of not hearing anything I tried calling the office (thinking they forgot to call me or something). NO ONE. ANSWERS. THE PHONE. So I left a message. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I left 3 more voicemails over the course of the next week. Literally no one called me back for another week. And this was for an issue unrelated to covid. And I ended up having to go to the ER because my breathing became very difficult. In August I had to go back due to a really bad cough. They didn't test me for covid this time but instead prescribed me a cough medicine and antibiotic. Totally fine. They asked me for my pharmacy and sent me on my way. Even though I gave them my pharmacy information they sent ONE of my scripts to my pharmacy and the other one to a completely different pharmacy. I called the office and asked if they sent that script and they said they would send it again. So they sent it again...to the wrong pharmacy. So I ended up going to that pharmacy to pick up. But for whatever reason they had cancelled the script instead of sending it. So I had to wait for an hour while they resent it and it got filled. Now over a week ago I got contact traced. So I went back to have a covid test. They told me I would have results in 3-5 days but that as of lately it was more likely to be 3. After 6 days of not hearing I called in (because I can't work until I get results and with holidays coming I can't really afford to not work). I left a voicemail...because surprise....no one answered. Then I called back 2 days after that and they didn't answer again. Left another voicemail. So then I had my husband call from his phone since we have a different last name and they answered on the first ring. I'm not typically someone to post negative reviews. Especially since there's a pandemic and I know everyone is trying to do their best. But here I am 8 days later and still no results thinking that they're screening my calls.

I'm back again and have been waiting 2 hours now. And no one EVER answers the phone here. You can call, call, call until you're blue in the face but no none will ever pick up! I will never be going back.

When I showed up for that one I was 10 mins early for my appointment and i still had to wait over an hour past my time to be seen. After lots of different testing and still being negative for carpel tunnel I was sent to a hand specialist, Dr. Hagberg. He sonogrammed me and saw swelling and said often carpel tunnel tests come back negative. He gave me a shot of cortisone first and after a few weeks of still having the same symptoms he finally scheduled surgery. I had surgery 1/3/18. With lots of follow up appointments and physical therapy my hand is finally doing better, still not 100%. It was so bad that I did not go back to work until 3/26/18. Dr. Hagberg has been amazing. He's been very patient with me. He's very friendly and actually listens to you, not like most Drs. The surgery center downstairs where they did my surgery was clean and staff was friendly. If I ever have any other hand/arm injuries this will be the place I want to come to.
