He is by far the best chiropractor who has treated me. He treated me during my last 2 pregnancies which made for easier deliveries. He has also treated my husband and all 4 of my children. In addition to being a wonderful chiropractor, he is also very knowledgeable in vitamins and nutrition. My husband and I have purchased many vitamins and supplements from him over the years. I have been struggling to lose weight for several months. I had cut out soft drinks, cut down my food portions and exercised at least 30 - 60 minutes every day and I was not losing any weight. I was getting very discouraged. He told me to do a basal body temperature test for the next 5 days. If my temperature was more than 1.5 degrees below normal (98.6), that I probably had a thyroid issue. My morning temperature was on average around 96 most mornings for many years. He recommended some supplements that had iodine and other nutrients to stimulate my thyroid. I started taking this supplement on February 18, 2013.
