It's a larger facility than appears and we've never had to wait to go to a room for our appointment and the only delays in the room were time for my wife to feed. They have an online portal that's easy to use as well. One of the biggest benefits is that they are INDEPENDENT. Not everything needs to be run by UPMC or Highmark/AHN and they show no bias as to where your PCP is located, what pharmacy to go to, etc.
