This was my second floating experience ever, but my first in Pittsburgh and my first while…read morepregnant. Mike, the float manager, was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining exactly how the experience works. The facility was laid out like a spa, and had all of the amenities I needed to prepare for and recover from my floating experience...flip flops, private shower, hair drier, and a quiet room to rest in afterward with complimentary bottles of water. At 30 weeks pregnant, I can't speak highly enough of how amazing the float itself felt. Being able to lay on my back weightless and pain free was a wonderful experience. I'm not one to fall asleep during a float, but I was able to relax and observe my thoughts without distraction. It was also special to me that I could acutely feel every movement of my baby while I was lying still in the float tank. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion was all high quality and it was a relief to not have to bring all of those things with me. Just show up, shower, float, shower again, and relax! I would recommend this experience to any mama to be (after talking with their doctor/midwife) for a pain free break from pregnancy. Or really anyone who would love a chance to get deeper into relaxation, whether it's meditation or simply an hour of peace and quiet in sensory deprivation.

Dr. Burnett was professional, confident, and clearly experienced. He listened and pretty clearly…read morediagnosed my injury and had a relatively simple treatment plan. Two weeks after PRP and laser treatment, my shoulder went from barely usable to nearly pain-free and I avoided the previously recommended surgery from my ortho. I'm amazed at how quickly I saw results and grateful for his expert care. The facility had a great vibe and the entire staff was professional and friendly as well. I will definitely be back for needed care.

Just finished up 4 months of therapy for the repair of two torn muscles in my right rotator cuff…read more Dr. Emond performed the surgery Feb. 20. He told me that the rehab would be a 6-month process. The surgery went well. I used the Seven Fields Tri-State location for my physical therapy. Ben was the primary PT that arranged the proper exercises in stages. He also did a prolonged stretch-out of the shoulder after each visit. My insurance made me stop the therapy after 4 months. Ben gave me additional exercises to work into at home. Fortunately, I have rubber pulleys, dumb bells, etc. When Ben wasn't available I had Alex and Caitlyn sub in. The 3 assistants, Alexis, Sarah and Ali were great. They set up the equipment, observed that the exercises were done properly, and gave great moral support. Note: this was my third operation by Tri-State physicians. I had a full hip replacement done 20 years ago and a fusing of 3 vertebrae done 5 years ago. I am 69 years young. I bike, use the treadmill and elliptical, shoot basketball, play pickleball, wash and wax my vehicles, all without discomfort. Kudos to Tri-State!

Horrible. I'm sitting in the waiting room watching these two old ladies laugh and screw around instead of helping all the patients in here! Playing the most GOD AWFUL country music. After lots of different testing and still being negative for carpel tunnel I was sent to a hand specialist, Dr. Hagberg. He sonogrammed me and saw swelling and said often carpel tunnel tests come back negative. He gave me a shot of cortisone first and after a few weeks of still having the same symptoms he finally scheduled surgery. I had surgery 1/3/18. With lots of follow up appointments and physical therapy my hand is finally doing better, still not 100%. It was so bad that I did not go back to work until 3/26/18. Dr. Hagberg has been amazing. He's been very patient with me. He's very friendly and actually listens to you, not like most Drs. The surgery center downstairs where they did my surgery was clean and staff was friendly. If I ever have any other hand/arm injuries this will be the place I want to come to.
