If it were my only experience at Restore, I would give them 4-5 stars. For my wife's birthday this year, we booked whole-body cryo for each of us and a hydrafacial for my wife. I looked all over the website and ordering portal before booking and couldn't find a price for the facial, but booked it anyway. My wife has had hydrafacials before and we knew it could be expensive. She had paid between $150 and $200 for such a service in the past. We got there. I froze and then left to run an errand while the wife got her facial and froze. Came back to pick her up a little less than an hour later. Turns out the facial was $385. My wife was floored. I guess my complaint more than anything about Restore is: their hard-to-find pricing feels underhanded. My wife commented that the hydrafacial was face only and did not include the decolletage. Overall, it felt like we had been duped into a $500 visit, when we were expecting maybe $300 for the services. The whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths. If you are just going to freeze it's not a bad spot.

Not the case apparently I was supposed to give a 30 day notice they give you a seven page paper to sign and she explains it. I would have cancelled right away because it didn't work for me.

If you don't urgently need a particular med, this could be a good place to…read morego, but they regrettably don't have the staffing or administrative resources required to administer infusions efficiently following receipt of a Dr.'s orders. That means you'll be left in the lurch if you're depending on them, and that can be really scary given how tough it can be to scramble for a new place to go. I got lucky with my doctor's office and found a slot elsewhere the same day Healix wasn't staffed (despite Healix's assurance that no company could switch the provider location that quickly). Bottom line: if you can avoid this company, I would, because dependable access to treatment is *that* important and the care they provide just isn't enough for anyone on a regular treatment schedule.

    Nathaniel Kralik (they/them) failed my 9 month old son and is going to cost a child his/her life…read moreone day. It was obvious from the beginning that Nathaniel despises children, is miserable with their pediatric rotation, and only cared about going home, not the well being of our child. They spoke in a voice barely above a whisper, which neither my husband or I could hear over the distressed shrieking of our child. They barely listened to us appearing to dissociate while I was speaking and giving disdainful looks at my son who was shrieking in pain. They barely examined my son -checking his eyes and ears and running their fingernails over his stomach. My son had a huge stool burden -it was obvious to anyone who cared enough to look yet Nathaniel came to the brilliant conclusion that they could not feel any poop so he must have gas and prescribed a medication for that. Gas??? Are you kidding me? My child passed 2 tiny nuggets of rock hard stool for the first time in a week, had a clearly distended stomach and intestines with huge logs of poop in them, he had not eaten in 15 hours, and had puked up the milk that I syringed into his mouth -that is not gas. I tried to advocate for my son asking what we were supposed to do to allow him to eat overnight as the pharmacy would not be open for the magical gas medication until the morning and he was already dehydrated. Nathaniel just stared at me and said he is not dehydrated because he can see a single tear running down his face ignoring the fact that my child had not eaten anything in 15 hours and had one barely wet pee diaper in 15 hours (compared to the 8-10 a day he typically has). Any inability of a baby to eat is concerning and anything over 12 hours is an emergency, but Nathaniel decided he could not be bothered and just sent my child home. I left knowing in my gut that my child was not okay and had just been dismissed by a person who should never have been allowed to graduate medical school and been subjected to children. I called my son's pediatrician in the car and talked to the after hours on call doctor. She was absolutely horrified at the treatment or lack there of that my child had been provided. She said that he had all the red flags to signal an admission to the hospital - inability to pass stool, not eating for greater than 12 hours, and being inconsolable for greater than 2 hours (my son was inconsolable for almost 24 hours at that point which is not his baseline demeanor). She told us to go straight to Children's ER, which we did. Everyone in the ER from the techs, to the nurses, to the doctors felt my son's stomach and said wow that is a huge stool burden and were flabbergasted that Nathaniel had missed something so blatantly obvious. One of the doctors who saw him in the ER is going to send an email to the facility expressing her concerns over the negligence of this provider. In the ER, my son was immediately taken for an x ray which showed a heavy stool burden and opacity that was so bad they thought he might actually have a tumor (it ended up being stool, but the point is that he was so backed up that it looked like a tumor on the scan). He then had an abdominal x ray which showed that he had hydronephrosis of his L kidney and backflow in his L ureter as well as kidney stones, none of which are normal (the ER doctors felt strongly that he needs to be followed by an outpatient nephrologist to address this). He was started on IV fluids as it is super dangerous that my child had 1 barely wet diaper in 15 hours and had consumed no fluids in that same amount of time. His ER team decided that he was unstable enough to require admittance to the hospital and he spent the next 2.5 days there. During his hospital stay, my son needed 2 liquid enemas, 3 suppositories, 48 hours of IV fluids, Zofran to keep down tiny sips of breast milk, a urinalysis, lactulose twice a day, and Tylenol for severe stomach pain, and left with referrals to outpatient pediatric GI and nephrology, a plan for a repeat ultrasound in 2-3 weeks to address the abnormal kidney findings, and lactulose, suppositories, and Zofran sent to the pharmacy. All this care given to a baby who Nathaniel passed off as having "gas." My child was lucky enough to have parents who had enough medical background and gut feelings that their concerns were not being heard to take him to the ER. The next child who is unlucky enough to experience Nathaniel's incompetence, lack of empathy, and horrific bedside manner may not be so lucky. Nathaniel is a liability to Children's Express Care and needs to have his fellowship revoked to save the credibility of the business.
