Great place good therapist recommend to anybody or couples looking for someone to listen

I am very happy with my therapist but this company is not professional or competent. I have been trying to get them to file my claims to insurance for over 6 months. They kept telling me that there's nothing I could do, it's related to a change in their system or a company acquisition, I frankly don't care. They finally filed my claims from February in August. However, I cannot get ahold of anyone to pay my bill. My best guess is that they are calling me back from a different number than the one I called for assistance. But they don't leave a message and if I'm right the person who calls back is just breating into my voice mail for 2-5 minutes and leaving no message or option to call back. It's frankly creepy and I hope it's not them returning my call. Their website shows I owe nothing but also has the wrong co-pay, so I cannot even use the system to pay for further appointments. A true dumpster fire, and it's too bad because they have good therapists. read more

As a therapist myself, I found our experience less than acceptable. Seeking couples therapy, only one of us was required to complete a multi page very personal questionnaire. " Your partner's information will come out during the sessions." Maybe yes maybe no. My primary complaint was that we were never informed that our insurance would not cover the session...until we sat down for our first appointment. 160.00 was conveniently charged to our credit card that was on file. The therapist was fine....but the cost was prohibitive and either never mentioned or in VERY small print. We did not return. read more

This place literally only cares about your money. The counselors are terrible. No one cares about anything but getting into your wallet. Highly recommend staying clear of this place. There's so much better out there. read more

I've been receiving therapy from RR for nearly a decade and I'm quite satisfied. Most of the counseling I've received has been individual as opposed to couples', but it's truly been life-changing. Also, the women's group that Mary Anne Fisher offers is tremendous and it makes me feel so much less alone in dealing with the challenges of anxiety and depression. I'd recommend Relationship Resolutions and Mary Anne Fisher in particular. read more

Total scam artists. Side note - after leaving Relationship Resolutions I had learned that two other couples I knew had also been to this company. Both couples are divorced and both also had horrible things to say about this place. I wish I could post a review for them because it was quite a story! My personal experience was terrible. My wife and I are no longer together, either. I paid with cash because I'm a police officer and I cannot have certain things on my records for mental health status purposes...most police officers pay cash due to this issue. I was asked to prepay for some of my services (got a package payment deal) and then Megan Norris, the founder of this company, refused to provide the rest of the services after we tried to switch therapists due to the unprofessional manner of our first therapist. Megan would not allow it. I asked for a refund of the money, to which she also refused. When my wife and I discussed legal action with she and her company she used the advantage of my cash payment - no official record that we were patients in her practice - to deny in court that we had ever been seen there. She took us for quite a bit of money, which only made the relationship with my wife & I more stressed than it had already been. Megan Norris DOES NOT care about you, your husband, your wife, your family...nothing!!! She cares about lining her pockets with your money. Making the choice to go with Relationship Resolutions was a very big mistake. Instead of helping us, they just continue to add stress to our lives. First off, let it be known that there is no way to ever get a hold of anyone when you call there.. If you ever need to schedule, cancel or reschedule an appointment = Good Luck. You are always directed to a voicemail, and the call is rarely ever returned promptly. Just an FYI.. This business has made it very evident that they are really all about just getting your money. For example, when my wife called into Relationship Rez back in September about possibly rescheduling or cancelling our late afternoon appointment because of our ill child. Our therapist Alyssa never thought to mention on that call that we would be held to paying a $75 cancellation fee being that we were cancelling within a 24 hours of our scheduled appointment. How very sly and deceitful is that?? She made is seem like it was absolutely no big deal or inconvenience at all that we were weren't able to make the appointment. Only to go and immediately charge my Discover card their $75 fee for cancellation.. Upon seeing the charge and calling in and pleading my case to RR, they agreed to reverse and reimburse the $75 charge to me. After many months of dealing with Kelly in their billing department, I have never received the $75 check that they 'supposedly' sent out to my home. And when I resorted to disputing the $75 charge with Discover last month, RR upheld the charge and it was applied back to me. Its like they tell me one thing and then do the opposite.. not professional in the least bit.. Bottom line, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. And if you do, surely dont give them your cc # as they will randomly charge your card for services not rendered and they make it impossible to remedy the situation. Please look for other professionals in this field. It is not worth the time and hassle to get involved in other matters because of greed, dishonest business professionals. I have the feeling that they are more concerned with getting my money than actually helping our relationship matters. Aside from posting reviews of my experience on various Review sites to help inform others, I plan to file complaints with BBB and the Consumer Advocate General. Agree with the previous review. Do not give these people your credit card information. They will almost certainly bill you for the wrong co-pay, charge you for services which were never rendered, etc.. If you try to get this resolved, you will only reach a voicemail. No one will ever return your call, leading you to believe that this is some type of scam. Aside from this, the counseling services provided are questionable. Had three counseling appointments. Upon showing up for a fourth appointment, we were told that the counselor would no longer be working at that particular office and that we needed to find another counselor. We received no counseling that day, only a list of potential counselors that we could contact. We left after 15 minutes. We were billed for this visit. Do not use these people. Run! read more
