First they are the nicest people. Eric was very professional generally just a nice guy. Explained everything to me. The good the bad and the ugly. Layout a plan for me. It sounded great. After all that I found out that my Medicare / Aetna is no good there. The first day they took photos of my insurance. They knew I had Medicare. I told them on the phone before I came that I had Medicare. I offer cash per session. No can do $5,301 upfront. Or go through a loan company. Now I'm back to square one. It's a shame. read more

After suffering with severe back pain and horrible headaches, I saw great reviews for Dr. Eric on Yelp and Google. I had done a lot of research on chiropractic care and chose to give it a chance. Immediately after meeting with Dr. Eric for a consultation and with me explaining that I had a lot of muscle pain in my back, he assured me that he could fix it and led me to three different payment plans for a year. I have great insurance, but even then, it would quite expensive. However, if you signed a monthly agreement, you got a slight discount. At first, I was going three times a week. This went on for three months and burned through all of my insurance. I wasn't feeling any improvement in my back and would mention it, but Dr. Eric would always say to give it time. When I referenced a medical article that said if you weren't noticing a difference after three visits, you should stop. He dismissed this outright. "It's different for everyone!" Every three months, there were progress checks where you would fill out how you felt you were doing and the improvements that you noticed. After the first progress report, we discussed it and it was a good conversation. After the second, I noted that there had been no improvement. He never brought up that progress report. I asked him if maybe I should see a physical therapist for my back instead. "What can they do that you're not doing here?" he asked me. (Answer: EVERYTHING. I'm going to one now and it is a world of difference.) When I mentioned my dissatisfaction with a worker there about how he was not helping my muscular pain, he had the employee take me back to do a muscular scan. The test flashed onto the computer screen, lit up in red from all of the stressed muscles. You might think something happened from that. Well, he gave me new stretches for my hamstrings. My back continued to deteriorate and I bought my own TENS pro system (electronic stimulation for the muscles). I gave the receptionist the information to help other patients. She shook her head and said, "Oh, I can't give that out. People might not come here anymore." My TENS pro system cost $35. I think it cost about $40/session at each appointment, which is ludicrous. Finally, the next progress report came around. I wrote again about how I was absolutely in agony. Now that I was less frequently on the schedule, my headaches were back and my back pain was actually worse. He didn't acknowledge that report until I brought it up and told him that I was in pain every single day after 8 months of treatment. My headaches were making it difficult to function. His response was, "How much water are you drinking?" At that point, I was done. He admitted that he hadn't read my progress report but did release me from the contract that I had signed back in March 2019. Nonetheless, I'm still angry about it. Aside from all of the appointments, this horrible experience cost me $1,752 out of pocket, after my insurance. I feel absolutely swindled. During this period, my back actually worsened, which my PT would let me know when I finally built up enough trust to see another doctor about it. If you have muscular issues, please don't come here. He has exercises and they do nothing. Go to a PT! Also, the headaches only went away when I was going three days a week. I later learned that this was because of muscular issues, too. Dr. Eric never looked into that and just kept cracking away. I feel like things could have gotten a lot worse and I was lucky not to suffer lasting damage in certain joints. I read two reviews that mirror what is happening to me now. It breaks down like this... consultation, plan for months of treatment, extremely costly, visit three times/week, incompetent staff, and zero progress in two months. A substitute doctor filled in one day for Eric... game changer. He was thorough and honest and validated my every instinct about this scam. Thank you Dr Chris whomever you are! When Eric saw this post he offered me three weeks of free treatment to take my post down!!! He had a new idea! A great new plan.... he used different equipment on me twice then text me the next morning to see if his miracle treatment worked. I said... how am I supposed to see a difference after TWO treatments? If the treatment was that effective, why wasn't it a part of the original plan or after our consultation post 8 weeks into my plan when I expressed that not only was I experiencing the same pain but new numbness in my right arm. This miracle treatment should have been attempted from the beginning; the day I walked in in tears because my pain was so severe. I did extensive research and have realized I was swindled. Not impressed. You're typical nickel and dime chiropractic office. Came to this office based on reviews. So here is mine. 1st visit. Exam and X-rays. Was told I have to come back tomorrow for my adjustment. Never had this happen in 5 years of getting adjustments. 2nd visit. Reviewed my X-rays he told me he wanted to do a plan. This plan was lots of visits which my insurance will not cover. All I want is an adjustment. I was charged for two office visits, not sure why the first one since I was asked to come back. Money grab I guess. Also took a walk-in ahead of me because "they come here all the time". Not a good customer experience for me and this will be my last visit. Beware!! read more

He is a diamond of comedy, and he is always "on" as they say in the biz. A quirk of happenstance caused me to accompany Kay to one of her routine chiropractic adjustments. After seeing Dr. Auslander, a man with the personality of a stand-up funnyman, interact with his patients, I was soon making an appointment myself, becoming known The Man Who Fell Off The Table upon my initial visit. Yes, Dr. Auslander told me to flip one way, and I flipped the opposite way for some reason. It had been a long, grueling, exhausting day, my circuits having been fried. That's my excuse. "Fall down go boom," he said invoking Robin Williams. "That's never happened before! Not in all my 20 years of practice!" The roller beds and electric/heat stimulation are so luxurious, one might as well be at a spa. If you're feeling your age in the wrong way, you may want to consider a visit to Mt. Lebanon Chiropractic for a tune-up. I have been a patient here for going on 2 years now. The staff is friendly and personable. On your first day/analysis, Dr Eric does a very thorough evaluation. This includes a X-ray, a spinal reading and other tests. After he does this and gives an adjustment, he gives exercises to you to help strengthen and stretch your back/body. I loved that he was and still is very cautious as to know exactly what was, and is, still going on with me before he starts the adjustments. He has been in practice for 20 or so years, so that right there tell you something. He also knows quite a bit about holistic remedies and practices for pretty much anything, including weight loss. Where should I begin? Dr. Auslander is literally the BEST thing to ever happen to me! I've been receiving treatment for a little over a month now (3 days a week), and I cannot express how much better I feel already. I sleep better, I feel better, I even look better. Dr. Eric told me they were going to help make me feel like a whole new person, but I had no idea I'd see such a drastic improvement so soon. Going into this treatment plan, I was so down, nervous and just afraid from all I had recently went through. I actually cried going over my x-rays during my initial exam. He didn't try to rush me out and move on to the next patient, he took the time to learn about me and my backstory.
