Well, six weeks into coming to TDM three days per week I started seeing real results. The gap in my abdomen that started as four fingers had reduced to two fingers. I love results I am seeing! This is a great total body workout that leaves you feeling invigorated. It's challenging without making you sweat from head to toe. The classes are perfect for me, as they are challenging but not so fast-paced that I cannot keep up or correctly monitor my form. I am incredibly pleased with my experience as a newbie, and am excited to continue my Pilates journey with IM=X Pilates and Fitness.

They are very helpful with teaching me how to modify exercises around my injuries. I have found the work out to be addictive! As they said "best addiction ever!" Don't be fooled - this is hard! I have been biking most of the summer and had previously practiced yoga and neither could prepare me for the workout my muscles were going to get at PB! The Wexford studio is spacious and very chic. The lobby area has an open floor plan and allows for free movement of students coming in and out of class. There is a variety of workout clothing and PB apparel and bottled water for purchase. The instructors give new students a quick tour of the facilities and PB provides all of the equipment you'll need for class (ball, mat, weights, and tension tubes). The class is 60 minutes of focused muscle sculpting that will get you toned and strong in no time! Motivational music (read: pop/dance) is pumped into the room as the instructor takes you through the movements. I found myself having to take a few breaks...which never happened in yoga! I seriously had a hard time walking out of there tonight but feel great! I know I'll be sore tomorrow but will be returning to PB as soon as I can!

I have been trying to work out consistently everyday for the past month or so and wanted to try something different. I called Club Pilates a few days ago to inquire, and the receptionist was super sweet and was able to answer all my questions. I found out the first intro class was free so I thought, why not! I'll give it a go. My schedule is limited but the owner, Autumn, booked me for a 30 minute intro session on the day I had originally requested which was super convenient. When I arrived to Club Pilates, it was nice, clean, and quiet. No one was in the studio so the private session made the experience all the better. Autumn made me feel super comfortable and was so knowledgeable about everything! I ended up booking 4 more sessions after my first free one, and I am very excited. Autumn even texted me the next day to see how I was feeling. She is amazing. I love when clients are treated with genuine care and respect. It makes a client for life!

What a fabulous business idea and execution! I fell in love with 'SUP Yoga' during my first class…read morewith FluidMotion Pgh. The instructors (Taylee and Melissa) are wonderful! They welcome you, guide you, and encourage you to relax, try your best, and more importantly have a good time! The SUP classes are held at North Park Lake, an excellent setting with calm water. Classes are suitable for all skill levels. My friend and I attended SUP Yoga with no yoga experience and only having tried SUP once before. The class-goers are friendly and participate with varying experience/skill levels. They offer other classes like 'SUP and SIP' - another excellent experience that includes paddle boarding, wine, and charcuterie - they also have classes at North Park Pool that vary in exercise intensity. Registration and payment take place online and work very smoothly. Specific directions are provided before class and the instructors are available via phone should you lose your way. Classes are typically 1-2hrs and you can bring your own board or use theirs. They keep your phone or keys in a safe location during class. They also take lots of great photos during class and post them to their Facebook account. I HIGHLY recommend FluidMotion Pgh classes to anyone and will continue to attend them myself!

I contacted the owner Melissa Lucciola and communicated directly with her. She stated her policy was to offer no refund --only credit, or an upgrade for me to pay an extra $18 for the gear. Ok this event is 5 weeks away, and I only just made the finding that i was misinformed on the MindBody app. as to the inclusion of the gear. It boggles my mind why Melissa would choose to take a hard line with me insisting that it read BYOB and quite frankly arguing with me on it, well it not did state BYOB. It was a honest mistake. The information was unclear on the MindBody app. I told Melissa I respectfully disagree with her. I verified my information re-reading it 3 times relaying back how the app did not state that the gear was not in fact included int he $20 fee. Miss Lucciola refused to refund my paid fee of $20. Be aware this owner/operator had delivered argumentative, poor customer service to me.

There seem to be a lot of really cool offerings at this location in general (which is connected to the Green Heiress studio). I am sure I will return here again in the future for sound healing or other varied offerings. If you haven't experienced sound healing before, it can be a very relaxing experience that will reset your nervous system.

They were very attentive to showing us the correct way to work out, and were enthusiastic in their efforts to involve everyone. More than just a workout was provided - we had discussion on our diets over the week as well as stress reduction techniques to use while at work.
