Laura went above and beyond to reschedule at a later date in South Hills location or transfer my appointment to the Strip District location. It was more convent to visit the downtown location. I was warmly greeted as I walked in. I was about a half hour early for my appointment but was able to start immediately. I was treated to a complimentary seltzer, I enjoyed the Blackberry Lemon which was very good and refreshing, so much so I had to get another one after my session. Abby was a great host during my visit. Very friendly, helpful and informative. I didn't know what to expect but she explained the process thoroughly. During the session I switched colors every few minutes to get all the benefits from the entire color spectrum. Afterwards I felt relaxed and releasing the tension and toxin's! That night I got a very hot shower and got a great nights sleep. I enjoyed it so much that I'm looking forward to purchasing a package deal soon! We can take the paint of the side of your finger if you want, I was almost in tears and let him know I'd just do it at home! She asked me about the pressure I wanted and got to work. A few min in she tapped my foot and asked if that was the bad one which showed that my request was communicated and taken seriously. Two or three times during first half hour or so I was asked if I was "ok" and if pressure was too hard. I told her everything was great and once she realized my comfort level she continued working until the time was up. This causes an obstacle for those trying to run and walk on the track. Inside is no better. If you are an adult and want to use the pool between the hours of 11:30 am - 1:30 pm in the summer months, forget about it. If you dare to go in you risk being kicked, pushed and smacked by the large amount of children in the pool. I will still maintain my membership, but will not be going in the summer months. On a positive note, all the staff I have encountered are nice and helpful.
