After filling out paperwork, the owner Tom gave us a tour and explained to us the Cryotherapy process. The place was clean and organized, and had a cool modern vibe. My boyfriend went first and loved it. I went and was freezing (obviously the point) but Tom did a good job of talking to you so you don't think about how chilly it is.
