In the summer months, I don't go at all due to all the camp children overrunning the building and outdoor grounds. You can't even use the outdoor track because the kids are all over it. Despite having two large grass areas at their disposal, the counselors allow these children to be all over the track including their backpacks. This causes an obstacle for those trying to run and walk on the track. Inside is no better. If you are an adult and want to use the pool between the hours of 11:30 am - 1:30 pm in the summer months, forget about it. If you dare to go in you risk being kicked, pushed and smacked by the large amount of children in the pool. I will still maintain my membership, but will not be going in the summer months. On a positive note, all the staff I have encountered are nice and helpful.

The owner wrote me back saying they would gladly refund the charge to my account (they did) and explained that the fee is disclosed and they also have a sign at the front desk (I missed this!). However, when I asked where it was disclosed, I found out it is buried in their FAQ section under Pricing: Due to increasing supply costs, a 10% surcharge of up to a maximum of $25 is added to all services. Had this surcharge been more transparent and included in the actual listing of their services along with pricing, I certainly wouldn't have booked an appointment knowing how much that would add to the service.
