The main floor is open for classes & then you go downstairs for the saunas and cold plunge tubs. There are locked rooms, changing rooms, showers, towels, water, etc. Even bags for your wet clothing afterwards - love those small details. The sauna is large and holds about 12 people which allows plenty of space for each person. There are 4 cold plunge tubs with varying temperatures. I went in the sauna in 20 minute increments and in the cold plunge for 30 second increments! I'm proud of myself lol. The physical and mental feeling afterwards is pretty incredible. I'll definitely be booking my next session in the evening so that I can come home and go straight to bed because of relaxes and tension-less you feel. I really want to come back and do a class, like breath work, before an open flow session. I think a breath work class would help me with the cold plunge!
