In one statement, I can say that the AHR program is life-changing! I started experiencing symptoms over 20 years ago--joint pain, fatigue, brain fog, stomach bloating, and a multitude of other symptoms that would come and go. As someone who has seen functional medicine doctors for over a decade, this is the most wholistic and comprehensive approach I have experienced. I have been suffering from fatigue and depression for most of my adult life. I did the 4-month autoimmune reset and I am so glad that I did! My hair and skin became healthier and my anxiety diminished. I lost some weight and started to sleep better. I am completing week 16 of the AHR program. I started the program due to extreme fatigue which required me to stop on my way to work because I was falling asleep driving. I was also experiencing other menopausal symptoms such as significant hot flashes. My inflammation spectrum assessment score was 30 starting the program.
