I also used to get chronic headaches and migraines, and now they're far and few between. It really is amazing. Granted I'm sure going to any chiropractor could have given me results, but it's so great not having weekly head pains. I can honestly say he did an amazing job, and very personal- really striving to make a personal connection and getting to know you. He also helped me really learn how muscles in your body are connected, and sitting a certain way or injuring something in your back for example can escalate into pains in your neck. I've also tweaked muscles while lifting, or pulling muscles and it's incredible how helpful adjustments can be. And also helping me learn better ways to lift or the correct postures/positions so that it won't happen again. His staff is warm and friendly, and I'd recommend him and his business to anyone- he really is a great guy and a great doctor, hands down.

I started working with Dr. Dan 2 years ago due to several recommendations from neighbors and friends. I had wasted so much money, but as my symptoms worsened, I decided to give Turack Chiropractic a try for nutrition and functional medicine. WOW, what a difference. Dr. Dan prescribed testing that revealed the ROOT of my GI distress, finally! He was able to pinpoint the supplements that would kill the specific strains of yeast/bacteria in my body and actually determined that probiotics were bad for me because my good bacteria were too high. Other alternative medicine doctors threw probiotics at me, which made my system worse! I should also note that Dr. Dan is significantly cheaper than any other doctor I've been to and while he recommends supplements, he lets you choose what you want to take and if you purchase them there or on your own (absolutely no pressure). Natural supplementing takes more time, but, paired with eating well after 1 1/2 years, I feel AMAZING! My energy level is high, I'm digesting food, my body slimmed down as a result, I sleep through the night, and my BMs are regular for the most part now WITHOUT supplements...I couldn't be more grateful for Dr. Dan's help and can live my life instead of being in constant distress! It's allowed me to get back to my workouts and play sports and enjoy them from how great I feel! He also knows a TON about injuries and chiropractic care, easing a severely pinched nerve and finding the source of a strained AC shoulder joint (in my neck). He's the only doctor I see now for just about everything (even sinus infections and headaches)! I HIGHLY recommend Turack Chiropractic and Performance Health, you won't regret going!
