Our insurance company recommended Pro-Care to complete water damage from a leaking pipe in our kitchen. Pro-Care, proactively reached out to me to schedule an assessment of the damage. He was prompt, friendly, transparent and very helpful with the questions I had prior to the work. The front office staff, although efficient with words, are capable and friendly if you require to speak with them more beyond being informed about dates and times. I had to call and reschedule work and it was done without a problem. The workers got here EXACTLY on time both days (8am SHARP). They were self sufficient, incredibly friendly, supremely professional, and neat beyond neat. The work was planned to take two days and it took two days, no adjustments. The first day of the work was definitely messy: breaking down walls and ceiling, which is dusty, debris filled and unglamorous. Prior to this work they hung tarps up and covered EVERYTHING (I mean e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g). By the time they were done on day 1 the tarps were down, all the drop cloths and other reusable fabrics were neatly folded and stacked off to the side of the kitchen, along with the paints that were going to be used the next day. I have never seen such care and attention to what is ultimately a rather simple job (I must assume this job is relatively easy for a company like Pro-Care). There was not a LICK of dust, dirt, debris or anything. You would not have known that there had been anyone working in our kitchen save for the patched wall that was drying (and looking perfect, by the way). If EVER there is need for work to be done on our house that falls into the scope of Pro-Care, we will use them. No question. No doubt. Definitely DO NOT stay away from this place. It included color sealing a tiled kitchen counter with extremely stained grout that could not be cleaned. Also color sealing three floors and two tiled bay windows. Everything is completely transformed. It's early days, but even the countertop has been easy to maintain despite the insults of a busy kitchen. We had one glitch. The technician applied samples of several colors to each part of the job. The one I picked for one of the floors looked very unattractive to me once it was applied to the entire floor. It wasn't Sir Grout's fault, but Chris worked with me to find a very fair solution. By the time the technician left the floor looked great. I also showed Chris a fully tiled bathroom. Aside from the floor, which we did color seal, Chris recommended skipping that room since it is in such good shape and showers can get expensive. It is refreshing to find a company that does not oversell. I think that Chris takes a very long term view of his company and values loyal customers over short term revenue.
