I didn't see any people of color working there or in the lobby when I left. So my opinion which is just mine is that she wasn't listening to "me". Then got upset at the audacity of my frustration with her. Once she guided me to the salt room I wasn't offered a tour, water, a robe to change into since the salt gets all over you, NOTHING. I had to ask for my own robe. Then the session only lasts 15mins which is not enough time for any benefits. But I didn't get time to undress. She's already started my session! The salt room was then out on the LOWEST setting. What a waste of both our time. When I left I was considering a monthly membership until this lady condescendingly dismissed me by saying, "Have a nice day". The output from the machine was way too strong and i was very uncomfortable. I found myself trying to adjust my positioning to get comfortable. I will say that the masseuse did say that she would have the output adjusted after i mentioned my discomfort with the treatment. The massage and facial were both really just ok. Admittedly finding the perfect massage is a struggle, but with facials, I typically enjoy my experience much more. Again, not bad but just not great. It doesn't appear that really high quality products are used (photo attached). The decor was nice. Some opportunity to repair the parts of the wall where the salt has come off and to also clean up some of the salt debris in other areas of the spa. I probably wouldn't visit again.

In May, I reported that the adult halotherapy room was experiencing significant issues. The room had noticeable wear and tear, an unpleasant odor, and the fan was malfunctioning, which led to the halotherapy treatment not functioning as expected. Typically, when the room is operating correctly, the salt is dispersed effectively, and it is even noticeable in taste and scent. Unfortunately, during my session, this was not the case, and I was left disappointed. Despite these concerns, the front desk staff were courteous and responsive. I was not charged, and offered additional sessions, but what point does it make to give me sessions in a room that does not work? Unfortunately, upon our return today, we found that the situation had not improved and impacts the kids' room as well. While the staff was friendly, we were informed that the halotherapy generator was still not functioning properly. The staff member explained that the generator had been malfunctioning since last week, which is consistent with the information I was provided back in May. Initially, she tried to play it as if the generator shut off. I kindly asked her to not lie, and said this seems to be an ongoing issue. It wasn't until I spoke up that the charge was waived for today's visit. At this point, I am concerned that this issue may reflect a deeper problem with how the business is being managed. It is disheartening to waste time or to pay for services that are not being delivered as advertised, especially given the extended period of time that this issue has persisted. Given the ongoing nature of the problem and the lack of resolution, I kindly request a refund for the remaining sessions in my account. We have given your facility several months to resolve the issue, but it seems clear that no action has been taken to restore the halotherapy service to its intended quality. They have done an amazing job decorating this spa! Each room has a different purpose. For example, there is a room for the v steams, foot detox service, salt room, a massage room and a VIP room. The VIP. Room is essentially a salt room, however, peppermint is infused when you book this room. This was my first time doing a v steam. we were given robes to cover the bottom portion of our body. We were instructed to straddle a pot that included the steamed herbs. When I tell you it got a little warm!! We were given instructs to fan ourselves with the robe when we did get too hot. I don't know much about this service, so I can't compare it to anything else. For me, I don't have to do it again. We were given an option for sage to burn during this service. That was a nice addition. The salt room was very relaxing to me . If my friend and I were not talking I am certain I would have been asleep!
