I get Winncie delivered semi-regularly. The price is right for the quantity of food that you get. The rice looks a little pale compared to fried rice at other places but tastes great, the egg rolls and spring rolls are delicious. General Tao is very good! read more

I ordered 2 dishes onsite (not by phone) last Friday evening at 6pm. My food came out in less than 15 mins. 1) Salt and pepper squid I thoroughly enjoyed the salt and pepper squid. It was crispy and delicious. However, it wasn't always like this (it used to be really mushy). They must have upgraded their kitchen staff/ingredients. 2) Orange beef The orange beef's taste is average...No better nor worse than other restaurants. BUT the portions are super huge! Depending on how much you eat, you can easily make 4-6 meals out of this. Good price too. I suggest pickup at the counter, as opposed to delivery. They get too many delivery orders, causing a delay on the arrival of your food. read more

Very difficult to order. Everyone is screaming. The person taking the order doesn't understand a bbl-t order. The person next to her is taking orders on phone and yelling. It's very disorganized and confusing. She was trying to take 2 orders at a time and both people were not able to place orders properly. Wish Zero stars was an option because that's what this restaurant deserves: Terrible service ordered for delivery and was told we would receive food within the hour... waited 1 h 30 min ! Called and told the driver did not pick up yet! Showed up in person to find my order cold and waiting on counter! Spoke to the manager who basically yelled at me that she did care I have to wait for my food ,TERRIBLE SERVICE DONT ORDER from there. I've eaten Winncie's food (take out and in-store) about 10 times total now (my friends love it), and I've given it my best shot. Unfortunately, I have come to the conclusion that the food here has always been sub-par, and I honestly find it quite terrible. I suppose the fact that they have very generous portions, good prices, they deliver, and that they have bubble tea (go to BTEA lounge if you want GOOD bubble tea) and both Chinese food and sushi makes it a good option, especially if you're in a group. However, the quality of the food is just difficult to stomach. Case in point: the wonton soup. It honestly tastes like slightly salted boiled water, with a few bland dumplings, and a scattering of green onions. The general tao is probably their "best" dish, but I've certainly had better. The sushi is pretty terrible when you get take-out, but the sushi I've had in the restaurant was edible (however, if you're going for sushi GO TO RAKU IZAKAYA on taschereau!!!). All I can say is that I gave it my best effort. I tried, I really did, to like this place and to be objective. However, you just can't feign liking bad food. Sorry, Winncie, but your food just doesn't make the cut. read more

Worst experience of my life trying to get and order. Called for a pickup meal and when we got back home there was missing the spring rolls and they gave us beef broccoli instead of Chinese broccoli, when I called them back they argued with me regarding which broccoli I wanted and when I tried to reply they would talk over me, I kept saying Chinese broccoli but he kept saying which one, when I went back to the menu there is only one Chinese broccoli. Then they say that I have to go back to pick up I said no to deliver a whole new meal because all was cold since we had already been on the phone for 30 minutes no exasperation. They hung up on me twice and then are charging me 4 dollars, no customer service, most places would not charge for THEIR error. And to top it all off when they delivered the order there was still missing something. Do not order there I would give the service a ZERO STAR. read more

Took more than 1 hour and 35 minutes for my delivery to be there. we ordered 4 dishes only two were ok (chow mein and beef with ginger) the other two were not good at all rice noodles with beef and red curry shrimps. Waste of time and money. read more

I only order for delivery at Winncie when I have nothing to eat at home. The delivery takes about 30 min to an hour of wait to arrive. The quality is okay for the quantity of food you have. The cost is worth it, the portion is huge and I can separate the food into two to three portions. As for the taste, it is okay, nothing special. read more

They have really good General Tao! My family loves it. We pick up food at least once a month when we treat ourselves to Take-Out!

It's rare that you can find a restaurant that can do appropriate take-outs. That's why I was amazed when I ordered from Winncie's to find that their take-outs were beautifully packaged, no leakages, and still extremely fresh! I've had many other places where they just stuff the food in styrofoam and plastic bags. Portions were plentiful, great value, and great quality. My favorite dish is their General Tao Chicken, and i looooooove the Dragon Eye sushi roll! YUM! I just can't get enough! :D Keep up the good work!! read more

I had read encouraging reviews for Winncie restaurant so decided to give it a try. Big Mistake. Lives up to its name, as in wince - their food is really cringe worthy. From the watery soup to the mountainous portions to overcooked chicken and vegetables. Other than the upbeat message in the fortune cookie, I have not a good thing to say. read more

Fair Chinese food with a reasonable price. We normally order the take out. The portion is pretty big. Serving speed is pretty fast too.
