Delicious and inexpensive rice noodle. All the soups are made with pork broth. We tried the original pork broth, the spicy shredded pork as well as the spicy fish. They were all delicious and flavorful. The cold beef appetizer and the potato salad were also pretty good. The service is extremely quick and the staff are pretty nice. They also serve bubble tea and some other drinks. I got the peach green tea. Although it wasn't really one of the best tea I've had, it was definitely nice to have a sweet drink on the side. There is parking outside and they accept credit cards. Would definitely come back.

It's actually rice noodle. The soup came really hot and then you put the ingredients in the soup. Be careful with the bowl. You can ask for rice noodle refill. Unlimited! I like the kimchi flavour and the coconut curry flavour. I also tried there side dishes, Which I didn't like so much. The chicken is so dry ...

Delicious and authentic Yunnan flavour noodles! I really recommend this place! Their service is fast and staff is very friendly. I ordered from them more than a few times during COVID and loved the noodles every time. The best part is the broth is very flavourful and tasty. Also the noodles are very fresh and chewy. Always looking forward to ordering from them again!

First time trying the "cross the bridge" style noodle from Yunnan province in China. You select one of several soup base which comes with standard set of toppings including egg, corn, broccoli, pork slices, etc. We tried the traditional soup and also Sichuan spicy soup, plus some smoked chicken and salt n pepper chicken on the side. Everything tasted good. Service was fast and friendly. Enjoyed our visit.

Highly recommended the chicken noodles soup here. The broth is tasted, and you can ask extra noodles for free. The service is friendly.

The Long Version: I love hand pulled noodles, so my husband and I had lunch here. He's not a fan of noodle soups but agreed to come and just have appetizers, lol. I got the small-sized Spicy Mushrooms and Chicken Noodle Soup ($13.99). I chose the #6 size noodles which is the thickest noodles they offer. My husband got the imperial rolls ($4.50 for 3) and the fried shrimp wontons ($11.99 for 10). I really enjoyed my soup, especially the thick noodles. They were chewy and the right amount of softness. There were chicken pieces in it, mushrooms and a delicious "tofu sausage." It also had 2 pieces of baby Bok Choy and some pieces of kelp. I wished there was more vegetables. The soup also had green onions and cilantro. The broth was a tiny bit spicy from the chili oil. I am happy that this soup does not have sesame seeds in it, so I didn't have to ask them to hold the sesame seeds. Lol. My only complaint would be that the broth was a bit too salty and too oily for my tastes. I still thought it was good though. My husband enjoyed his appetizers. The imperial rolls were vegetarian. I didn't have any, but they looked like nothing special to me, haha. However, the hubby liked them which is what matters. The fried shrimp wontons looked good and he liked those too. Service was pleasant and efficient. The decor is casual with some fun touches. I liked the rotating lanterns with lights on the ceiling and the drawings of a big squid and clams on the walls. I would return to try their other noodle soups and also their handmade dumplings. Review #10 (2026)

This was a pretty large and clean restaurant located in a large plaza with plenty of parking. They had lots of tables and also a pretty robust takeout service. It was very family friendly and they accommodated our large group with attentive service. They had lots of good options on the menu and the pho dac biet was pretty decent.

Bun Bo Hue - 10/10 Super flavorful broth and a perfect super mild spicy! I personally don't like all the pork feet and bones in my noodle soup but authentically I think it should come with it and other people prefer it. But I liked that it only came with the regular viet ham and beef bc I don't like the other things. #44 Pork Chop Rice Plate - 10/10 It may look small on camera but this portion was HUGE. Lots of rice! But the pork chop was decent regular size. Pork chop was perfectly marinated and I love the glaze that comes with it. Cooked perfectly as well not too dry and not tough. Also the fried egg was perfect! A little soft fried sunny side egg yolk! Overall I loved all elements of this place and I had so much rice left over but I was FULL for the whole day. Banh Xeo - 10/10 HUGE portion as well! It's super stuffed with lots of filling and the crepe was cooked soft and crispy! I like this style of appetizer because it's super hands on and you get to wrap it like a little roll. Super fun and yummy appetizer! ALSO pleaseee try the sugar cane drink! It's so refreshing and it's real authentic sugar cane and it literally soothes your soul. The ambience was super welcoming and the restaurant was super big and spacious. Overall, I liked every single dish and everything was super flavorful and made me feel good eating it! Best bun Bo hue I had!
