We found this place as a complete chance of luck while walking down the street. On Saturday night, it's had to find places to eat at that aren't fast food. I saw a placard on the street drawing you to an alley. When I went into the alley and read the menu on the wall of the place, I was sold.
Even though this is an out-of-the-way place, it's still white-glove, linen tableclothed and Michelin-rated. The kitchen started us out with a beef carpacchio as a treat and we were lured in. Our tossed green salads were excellent with the house dressing offered.
My entree was the wild boar with sesame muffins, spinach-wrapped bacon and toasted onions and my husband had the roasted chicken in pumpkin ragout. Both were exemplary! As we'd only had one beer each for dinner, we decided on a bottle of sparkling wine and it really made a different.
