I had pulled chicken with crispy Brussel sprouts that feature a maple glaze. Person with me had brisket. We ordered, hot plate of deliciousness was before us in under 10 minutes. Everything piping hot, bursting with flavor and generously portioned. My sides: the mac & cheese was best I have ever had! And the crispy brussels were amazing. So much chicken, could not finish it. Juicy, smoky flavor. And their sauces are amazing compliment, although it did not need it! Brisket also tender, smoky & delicious. Only thing I did not enjoy was the slab of bread. The mac & cheese was amazing (the consistency was spot on) and the fries are super unique because they use their meat rub on them. My partner got the brisket plate with coleslaw and sweet potato; the brisket was nice and lean. Even the kids were happy! They had the child's sausage and pulled pork plates. The smoked chicken would also be in the running for my favorite as it is very juicy and soft to bite into. I have never had a bad meal here and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It is very easy to spot as usually there is a huge smoke stack coming out the back where the meats are being smoked. Usually a 5-10 minute wait.
