We ended up trying several things, included a second network setup using Google Nest routers. That also didn't work great and we suffered for years. So finally got fed up, and I called BATH and told Ari what the issue was. He gave me a budget, which I bristled at, at first. Then he walked me through a likely fix, which involved a couple routers networked so that I had independent wifi running on both floors of the house but on the same network. The tech came by and was super nice, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was cautiously optimistic. When they were done? I almost cried at how well everything ran through my house. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity). I'm finally utilizing the speed as sold to me by Xfinity. Thanks so much BATH. I really appreciate it. I was super impressed with the emails, the invoices, techs being on time, and just the overall professionalism. It was worth the extra few bucks.

She was confused and disappeared in the back for literally 20 minutes. Came out asking us about changing our plan, buying insurance when we already had it, and saying our new billing plan would be $350 a month??? We said no that's not right, we just want to trade these two phones in and get an upgrade, no other changes. She disappeared for another 25 minutes!! I had to ask her coworker to tell her we're going to the Petaluma location because this was actually crazy that she was gone now for a total of 45 minutes. We go into the Petaluma store, we say the exact same thing we told her, we want two trade ins and an upgrade. He literally did EXACTLY that!!! It was the nicest most easiest interaction ever. Like it was so seamless that i know for certain that this girl at the San Rafael location has NO IDEA what she is doing. The Petaluma employee sat down with us, did everything in front of us, never disappeared in the back even for one minute. Intelletrace is a telecom/network engineering company, by the way. They work on telecom systems, which is much of their bread and butter, but my experience with them is on the networking side. Don't take this to mean that networking is a sideline for them. My company is a data center. Our network connections are complicated, requiring redundancy and what is called BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) management. Intelletrace designed the network configuration, acquired the equipment, worked with the internet providers to bring up the circuits, and they now manage the day-to-day status of the network. For us, they are a critical part of our business infrastructure and we could not feel more confident. When working with Intelletrace, try to be humble. You may think you know a lot about networking, but even if you do, letting them have their heads to do the design and deployment will serve you best. You can use your expertise to vet their plans at which point you will see why I recommended letting them have control. They work on enterprise systems every day and they have seen what works and what does not. This is priceless experience that is hard to come by.
