I'm sorry to have to write this email but thought it might be important for others to be aware of the poor customer service that I have received. I have used David's services in the past and have sent numerous people his way. This time when I reached out for some computer support that involved looking at my keyboard, updating my systems and helping me to back up my laptop, I was met with a very moody response. It was as if I was inconveniencing him by bringing him business. After not hearing back from him for 3 days, and then reaching out again, he had to go looking for my email and then when I described what was going on he barked that he "doesn't have time to drive 2.5 hours from the city to help me and I should just go get a keyboard from Best Buy". Quick suggestion: when a client calls with a request, it might be best if you treat them with respect even if you can not help them. I will be happy to no longer send anyone your way if this is the way you treat repeat customers. read more

I originally contacted David (Creative Goose) years ago to change my office from PC to MAC. He made this process so painless. I was terrified of the learning curve, but I had no reason to be. David made this transition painless. David is a pleasure to work with. Fast forward: I have had David working with my office for several years now. I had him design an entire database to streamline my office procedures. David was able to take my ideas (some of them pretty crazy) and make them a reality. I have been able to organize my client files, create new files and research information all with just a few key strokes. The last time my PC died, I decided it was time to be more serious about getting a Mac. I really didn't know the details of how to shop for anything Apple, even though I'm decent at conducting some research. All I knew was I was done with PC's. David asked what I use my computer for, and what I want to use my computer for. He found and forwarded an excellent deal on my MacBook, and set up my machine with software per my needs, requests, and budget. He then made it possible for me to retrieve old data from my dead PC's hard drive - amazing! When I expressed a sheepish admission that I'd not been in the habit of backing up my old computer, David offered to train me and obtain the hardware needed for backups for a reasonable rate. Now I backup regularly, in part because he set my computer to seek the device automatically and tell me when it needs it to be plugged in. I am a savvy computer user who knew that I *should* be backing up my data, but had never before "gotten around to it." Now it's not even an issue. One other thing: David meets his clients on their level. I understand he has clients in all walks of life; individuals like me and small businesses.
