I was immediately underwhelmed with the cleanliness and quality of the room. Nevertheless, I was excited to relax after a long business day. When I opened the rub area, I was met by an immediate smell of mold. I didn't even step into the tub. I asked the receptionist to try another room. When I tried the second room, I was also met with both mold, sour smells and a FILTHY tub. The bottom of the tub is brown. There was dirt at the bottom of the tub. As you can see pictured, there is mold growing around the tub area. It smelled horrible. Do not support this business. This is a huge cleanliness issue.

Then you choose your float experience. I had a hard time deciding between full sensory deprivation or a guided meditation. I did the vessel of love but it was good to know that if I wanted to, I could turn off the lights and the guided mediation at any point - which I did and it was lovely. The room was very clean, they gave me the steps I needed to wash and exfoliate my skin before hand. All their products are le labo and smell amazing. After floating you pick a drink to reflect and I choose the chai which was the safest bet in my opinion in flavor. Besides instruction there isn't much interaction with the staff but they were helpful if ever needed. I think it's a nice treat to yourself to decompress after a stressful week. Since the locker rooms are gender specific, all baths within that area require full nudity (I did not participate in those but I heard they were wonderful). Any service like mud bath and scrubs require full nudity and you can sign up online or right inside the locker room. If nudity isn't your thing, there are still plenty of things to do (just no bath stuff). In the common area, all genders intermingle and there are 5 different saunas will all different temperatures and all different themes. They have a sleeping room (which is also used for a nice yoga class), lounge chairs, a common sitting area, a cafe, and a small eatery. You can rent games at the cafe for free and the cafe has a huge menu of both healthy and indulgent treats. You can sign up for different massages, facial, hair, or foot treatments right in the common area. I do suggest signing up for these services online beforehand because they fill up quickly (all services are an extra charge and automatically add an 18% gratuity). We spent about 7 hours here with a group of 7 people and we wish we had more time. I do wish that they had proper showers inside with curtains and/or a changing area for those of us that are a little shy. Staff was friendly and we'll definitely be back.
