My friends and I went in the afternoon and it was not busy. The entire place was super clean and all the staff members were very nice. The floors were shiny and the entire place smelled faintly of essential oils. It seemed like they had all upgraded tools such as a Japanese toilet heated toilet, what looks like a Dyson hair dryer when drying my hair, and pods in some of the rooms I peeked into which looked fancy and brand new. For my scalp cleanse, they had the little ring that sprayed water over my head and steamed my entire head. As a bonus side effect, it also steams your face. They offered complimentary drinks and chips. I didn't get any but the choices were sparkling water and coffee I believe. It was definitely worth the money to come, even if I didn't get a Groupon. I would come back again for a monthly refresh as they really got into my scalp and scrubbed me so clean it felt like my scalp got its teeth brushed.
