I ALWAYS LOVE Pod Spa... I have been going to Pod Spa for approximately 1 year for Dysport treatments with Mindy. She is always so friendly and professional. She is a great technician and I won't go anywhere else (I have moved out of state and always ensure I come back for Mindy and my Dysport)! She is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend Mindy and the Dysport treatment! During my most recent visit, I tried a HydraFacial for the first time. I loved the treatment! This was my first time at Pod Spa. I found Pod Spa to be very clean, relaxing, and professional. The Spa offers a variety of wellness treatments. The young ladies in the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. The purpose of my appointment was to have Botox and Filler. The appointment was with Mindy Reed, I was very impressed with her knowledge and the consultation. While I was having my procedure Mindy was very caring to any discomfort I may be experiencing. Additionally, based on my experience I can say Mindy takes pride in her work. Prior to the procedure she studies my face to determine what areas needed the injectables. She identified areas of imperfection and explained what can be done to correct. I am beyond happy with the results of her work. Will definitely be returning. I just recently moved to Long Beach and have been looking for an okay facial, well I found Christine at Spa Pod and I have found the angel of facials!! I have had many facials in my life, at very high end salons, but Christina is by far the best!! She is so sweet, very professional and definitely knows her stuff. You have to try everything once, right? I had researched glutathione injection and I knew I wanted to try it but I'm scared of needles big time. So I did my research and ended up finding Pod Spas & Wellness provided IM Therapy Glutathione: Detox Blast Injection and then to sweeten the deal even more they had a special on it which I took advantage of in a heartbeat. Amazing service from beginning to end. Katherine was so professional and personable. She explained everything before she started the next step. I had the opulence facial. It was luxurious except for the blackhead extrusion which I took like a champ,and although necessary...was not pleasant. But the massage and the Cryo and the mask and the face massage and steam treatment and the UV were all so wonderful. I'm going back for hydrotherapy which will be available there in 2 weeks. Host my 27th birthday celebration and couldn't reccomend this place more. My friends and I had an amazing spa Sunday filled with meditation, mocktails and massages. I just had a Cool Peel treatment done by Madison at Pod Spa. It was such a great experience with her because she explained everything first to put me at ease. First she got my skin numbed up & performed the CO2 cool peel treatment so it didn't hurt. Then I opted for an add on healing neck mask to help hydrate and heal post procedure. I'm looking pink and a little sunburn like Madison said I would. Can't wait to see new younger skin soon! read more

I really love everything about this place, my only complaint is how far it is! I've been a few times for IVs/IM shots with Amanda who is so gentle and amazing and a few Hydrafacials with Christine who is just phenomenal. I love how gentle she is and how she explains everything she's doing and my skin always looks amazing after. I also love their sauna suites, the best around for sure. read more

I have been seeing her now for about 9 months and she is always so helpful in making sure we touch every line needed and she listens to all my concerns. I've enjoyed spa services at Pod Spa, and today I took a Pilates class with Nicolette. The class was great, she is great, and I'm feeling a lot better than when I arrived.
