There are 2 showers that have hooks inside and a small bench to bring your bag with you. No one seems to care that men or women are walking from the showers towel covered into change rooms. There's a one for all shower gel. 2 bathrooms. 4-5 change rooms. No hairdryers or cotton swabs etc. This isn't a full service like the bikram studios in the city. All showers, bathrooms and changing area is coed. With that in mind EVERYONE is completely respectful. If you must shower than mind your timing to the showers. You might want to hang back in the heat and wait 10 mins. It gets a little cold fast. There's cubbies in the front, and a large mat for your shoes. No need to bring a locker. Once the class is in session the front door is locked, and no one gets in. Keep that in mind for anyone trying to stop by and ask questions. I love this place because it has a calmness atmosphere, and not overly crowded. 1 studio means one class at all times, and only the next class being a cross over of people. A great find!

Never had a 10 min neck and shoulder massage as part of a hydrofacial. Technician sat quietly more time then working on my facial. She never spoke once or told me what she was doing or using on my face. This tech seemed to have "short-cuts" and needs to be re-trained.
