I communicated with Randy what I needed to be done and he was confident that it would be a quick and easy fix, plus he'd be able to put me down for an appointment the next morning. Eddie was my electrician who was right on time this morning. He was polite and professional and after he was finished with the breaker he even asked if he could review the home inspection report to make sure everything needing an electricians attention was covered. I appreciate honest businesses in home services. While searching for electricians I ran across CR Electric and they tried to upsell me on an entire new panel a 4-6 hour job that would have been unnecessary and over the top. Eddie was able to make the breaker safe and eliminate the double tap breaker installed by a 10+ year old alarm system company that I never used in 7 years of owning the property. I'm glad I called Randal Electric and if I need electricians for the next 4 condos about to go on the market I know who I'll be calling!

I called the company to request that they send out someone else when the parts came in, and was initially told that I had no choice to have the original technician, because he was the only one who worked in my area. When I said I would just write a negative review about the service, then I was finally assigned a new technician. The second technician who came out also barely spoke any English and did not thoroughly test that the machine was working before he left because, even though the panel light come on, nothing runs when the start button is pressed. We immediately called the company to tell them that the dishwasher still wasn't fixed and they required that we send them video proof before they would send someone back out again (even though the technician had JUST left, they didn't bother to have him return). As of now, we still do not have a functioning dishwasher and we don't know when the company will be sending out another technician. Very unhappy with the service so far, and definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone.

The tech came when we were out (I caught him on our surveillance cameras) and inspected the location of the old generator, then left. Two days went by and there was no follow up (no contact at all) from the office about my quote. Over the next week I asked three more times and got no response. The word "Fail" in their name is appropriate - THEY FAIL TO MEET EVEN MINIMAL STANDARDS FOR RESPONSIVENESS.
