It's clean and all the clothing on the racks are separated by categories and by the color of clothing, but not by size which is challenging. The pricing on clothing was so varied with big gaps. From $1.99 to $25 and maybe more? There were a good selection of many other items like scooters, bikes, fans, dining chairs etc. At checkout, another sign that the customer needs to take the hangers off before heading to the register. The line wasn't too long and it went pretty fast. The lady at the register was super nice and friendly. We totally scored some clothes for the grandkids and for hubby. Got some ramekins and a wooden storage bench too. We're adding this place to our list of go-to thrift stores.

I tried this laundry service to help with the family laundry load. Twice now they have come earlier…read morethan their stated pickup window (they text you the night before to remind you what time to leave your bags out) and then they want to charge you for a missed pickup. Customer service says "some partners come earlier and we state that on our website"....when I read the website there was no mention of partners, this was branded as an in house service. I don't know why you would give customers a pickup window and then argue with them when you don't adhere to your own statement. Also, when you set up your account you select preferences around detergent (scented or not) and any affitional instructions. None of these have ever been followed, out laundry always comes back smelling scented. There are other laundry services out there and I am off to try them!

He rudely says "what??" I repeat it. He proceeds to tear open the trash bag to inspect the items. All of this while he smokes a cigarette blowing smoke in my direction. Opens the box that had a clock in it. Very rudely. And of course he did his routine walk off when he sees you pulling up. Salvation Army, do better. It is reprehensible to have an employee of yours treat people who are tying to do good be treated this way!
