I am floored about how fanatically cleaned my place is now. They charged me a very reasonable rate for 2x cleaners on an hourly basis. Two very hard working women showed up and cleaned relentlessly, every surface in my house sparkles. I have a collection of rather fragile and expensive books, having called that out they were most respectful and gentle with my favorite possessions. I was already sold halfway through on going with them for regular cleaning, and they just kept going. I keep my place neat, but am very good at not seeing dirt on things like walls / cabinets etc.. and genuinely I didn't notice how dirty my place was... until they came! I have gone on cleaning frenzies in the past, but I have never in my life existed in such a clean space. I am thrilled with how my space is now, the difference is night and day. I have to use them for regular cleaning if for no other reason than I had no idea it was possible to have my house so clean! Seriously... check these people out. They kick ass! I keep finding new stuff they cleaned that would have never occurred to me to clean, and I continue to be impressed by their fanatical dedication to quality cleaning. I walked through after and it felt like it did the day we moved in, perfect. I had guests coming that weekend, but fatigue took me down and my last resort was getting help washing dishes, cleaning the microwave, wiping down kitchen counters, cleaning the toilet (no easy task) and bathroom sink/counter, and taking out recycling. They did a great job cleaning my kitchen and bathroom - she got my toilet cleaner than I thought possible and was able to explain the reason for the light discoloration that couldn't be gotten rid of (which was very helpful). The other cleaner (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name) did an amazing job on my microwave (another tough one). She also went above and beyond even offering to clean the floors in the areas they worked in where she worried she may have made them messier - I really don't think it was possible to make them messier, but I took her up on her offer and she did a great job. My floors are beautiful but very difficult to clean, so I was very impressed - no streaks! She was also very conscious of not "overstaying her welcome" (for lack of a better phrase). She offered options for coming back and is very flexible and open. Great work ethic and kind heart. Highly recommend her.

Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning did not make up for it. There was still visible dust and dirt on top of the backsplash, counters, and around the toilet when they left. We're not even convinced the bathroom floor was mopped. We also had to go back and vacuum our bedroom ourselves, including underneath the bed, because it had not been done. Even under the TV console wasn't fully vacuumed. I asked about the visible dust and whether this was truly considered a deep clean. The younger cleaner's attitude was dismissive (she said "well obviously) and unprofessional. Very little time was spent in the bedrooms and hallway. The only room we asked them not to clean was the nursery, and we even told them it was completely fine to vacuum while our baby was sleeping. For the amount of money we paid, this was nowhere near the quality of service we expected. We will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them based on our experience.
