Lori followed us out to our car. She looked so mean and did not once talk to my husband and me. She just talked to our daughter. Lori asked my daughter where the sticker price tag came from? That my daughter needs to put it back. Who does that? It's a price tag. There were numerous things in the store that didn't have a price tag. We didn't complain. The lady held my daughter's hand and said, "Are you going to cry?" That's so rude and disrespectful. She kept on saying, "Are you going to cry?" to a 1-year-old? My daughter says a few words. She doesn't know how to talk. My husband and I felt so sad when Lori did that to our daughter. The lady never apologized for her actions. My husband went back inside to tell Lori that what she did was wrong. You don't touch other people's children and yell at them. My daughter didn't break anything. They just rolled it into my garage. My warehouse is directly across the street from my house, on the same route back to their shop. I offered to grab a piece of paper, write and sign a waiver releasing them of any liability, and even offered one hundred dollars for the quick drop off. The crew told me it was an insurance issue, but when I spoke to the owner, he said it was not insurance. It was simply policy. He was matter of fact and showed no interest in helping or even listening. They were perfectly willing to take my old refrigerator six miles away to their warehouse and deal with it there, but when it came to dropping it off at my warehouse, right across the street from my house and directly on their route, suddenly it was a problem. I tried to reason with the owner, explaining how simple it would be, but he just was not hearing me. I was the last delivery of the day, and it would have taken no more than two minutes. We spent more time standing there talking about it than it would have taken to make it happen. So instead, they left it sitting in my garage, where it has stayed ever since. Every time I open that middle garage door and see it sitting there, I am reminded that it could have been in my warehouse where it belongs. It takes up space and serves as a daily reminder of how this business handled a simple, reasonable request. That decision cost them the sale of the oven and microwave I bought elsewhere, and probably more through word of mouth. They lost a loyal customer, and for what? Two minutes of time. It is his business, and he can run it how he wants. I respect that. But common sense went right out the window. This was never about insurance. It was about policy and a lack of flexibility. The owner's public response did nothing to change that impression. I am keeping this at one star because his reply only confirmed my experience. Instead of owning the situation or acknowledging what really happened, he repeated an inaccurate story that does not reflect the facts. That response alone speaks volumes about how this business handles customer feedback. Sometimes the coldest thing in the room is not the refrigerator.

They measured carefully to ensure that the refrigerator would fit before they unboxed the refrigerator. They were gracious and efficient and even suggested a way we could solve a problem with a drawer really close to the refrigerator. Which is absolutely understandable. To get an accurate "quote" she pinned the dress in areas where it needed to be taken in. An hour later..... for a hem, taking in the waist, shortening the strap and shortening the belt I was quoted $480.00. That price was a lot more than I anticipated to pay, since it was more than the cost of the dress. Don't get me wrong I want to look good in my bridesmaids dress...but I also don't plan to ever wear this dress again. After declining moving forward. She had the audacity to say I owe her $50.00 for her time. . . Now I just feel bamboozled... and taken advantage of since that was never discussed beforehand especially since I asked for a "quote". Due to the withholding of information charging me $50.00 for absolutely nothing, she has lost any future business I would have brought her. Honestly, I don't want to have someone come out and give an estimate and then return in a future date. I just want the junk gone. Josh gave a really fair estimate and spent the next few hours clearing junk, yard debris and old grills etc from a pile in a yard. I was so impressed how he left the yard and made sure he had everything we needed removed. I cannot recommend this company again. Josh said they do clean out apartments and hoarding situations where they can find alternatives to simply dumping it at a landfill. Again 5 stars from me!
