The techs sent to our home were organized and efficient as well as being highly knowledgeable and professional. My last interaction with Desco was several days ago. I was calling Desco to sort out a technical issue which was beyond my expertise. I was fortunate that Dick Tappenden answered the phone. In a matter of minutes Dick was able to sort out the issue (sight unseen!) thereby restoring the audio and video connections to the large screen Sony television we had purchased from Desco several years earlier. I highly recommend Desco for your A/V needs.

My questions were all handled in a kind and timely manner. I had no idea what I was getting into purchasing an EV charger and what went into it but I was guided by EE every step of the way. The workers showed up on time and ready to get my project done. They were also kind and treated my home with respect. They communicated with me and finished the job spotlessly! I am so glad to have found an excellent electrician to work with in the future as well as for this specific project. Would highly recommend Elemental Electric to anyone looking for a high quality electrician who is responsive, knowledgeable, and kind! Thank you EE team!

That is totally unacceptable and I hope it is addressed before someone else has a poor experience like I did.

Originally I hired hired to hang a door for me on a closet w/ metal door frames that I didn't want to demo out. I found him on Yelp, chatted about the project there and he was generous with his time - explaining everything thoroughly and kindly. He walked me through what to buy and we agreed that I could probably handle it myself - but he said to buzz him if I ran into problems. Well..after 2 frustrating nights of little things just working against me I called him in! He got me on the schedule the following week, showed up on time, got right to work and went above and beyond. 2.5 hours later (a trip to lowe's for a new door and a stop at his shop to clean it up/cut it to size) I had perfect, plumb lovely functioning door. The following week I had an electrical/outlet/stove issue in a rental property and I dialed him up to see if there was anyway he was close to Tacoma and could take a look. Sure enough, he was around the corner! He stopped in after he finished his job and chased down a poorly installed wire and fixed us up.
