I've never had any rude employees, I'm not sure how the last person ended up with a wrong vape strain, but that is not the incorrect labeling goes back to the processor, not the dispensary. I know at 420 carpenter I've had to return carts that did not function. No one was rude taking it back to that store. These store hours are listed all wrong. If you can get in before their odd closing window however, it is worth noting that this place is not handicap accessible, and the gentleman who runs the store will shut the door in your face if he sees you come toward the door with assistive walking devices (walkers/wheelchairs) and watch you struggle with the ding-dang door yourself. They were also caught price gouging during the pandemic and selling non sterile single masks for for $7 a piece as well as the small pocket hand sanitizers for about $8. The two stars I give are for the younger employees who are actually polite to customers and just wanna do their jobs and earn their living.
