Solid shop. They had everything I wanted and they were nice to me and my friend. Good conversation

I've been shopping at this store for several years now one of the few vape shops left in this area. How ever their business hours state they are open from 10 AM to 8 PM. Usually means the doors are open and ready for business at 10 AM.... NOT opening an hour after the store is physically supposed to be open. Normally that hasnt been an issue but on some days one of the employees decides to show up late. Its a fairly common occurrence. 10 AM means usually open at 10 AM. If the person cant show up on time Id suggest having someone there that can physically open the store on time. Other than that gripe about being on time their service is pretty decent and have a decent selection. read more

Dude who helped me out was cool. He did t try to pressure me into the most expensive or anything like that. He was just chill, gave me all the facts, answered the million questions that I had, and let me make my decision. I went with his recommendations and I am happy about my choice. Great selection of salts and stuff. read more

Pretty much the only vape shop in the area I go to. They are the ONLY shop I've found that carries the line and flavor of juice I use. The staff is knowledgeable and quick. The gal that works here is super friendly and 9 times out of 10 will recognize me when I come in and grab my juice and have it ready when I get to the counter. All of the other staff is polite and helpful as well. The only reason I give 4 stars is because often times my boyfriend will go in to grab my juice for me and the past 3 or 4 times he said they've told him he'd have enough points for a discount "next time". Which for me is not a deal breaker as having a rewards program is just a bonus in my opinion but I know it has been frustrating to him. He is retired military and they do offer a military discount also which is nice. Overall I would definitely recommend this shop due to its quick and friendly service and good variety of juice. I'll definitely continue shopping here due to the fact that as I said before they are the only shop in the area that I've found who carries my juice. I no longer live in Lacey and there are shops closer to me in Yelm but I continue making the drive out to this one as it's worth it to me. read more

Great customer service - ALWAYS! This shop has always treated us like we're his best clients!

I have been coming to this location for over a year. I work nearby, sometimes I stop in in my working clothes, and others in my street clothes. The tall female employee with heavy eye makeup and brunette hair is consistently condescending to me when I am in my working clothes as opposed to my street clothes. I have no idea why this employee is predisposed to be rude to those wearing clothes such as slacks and a blouse, but beware that this place has its biases and will treat you poorly, employees will take out their personal issues and project it onto you (the "you think you're better than me" mentality). I have been over charged by this place as well, they have also re-run the same transaction, charging double on a few occasions. Never will they have my business again. read more

I went to this Vape shop to buy a new mod and ended up buying the vapor shark DNA 200. The prices weren't horrible here, but they were a little expensive. The guys are very friendly, Funny, and laid-back. They were very helpful I'm deciding many things. I love the music they had in the background! They made me feel like I was just relaxing at a friends house with a lot of juices and Vapes. I feel they could do a little bit more explaining when it comes to the different kinds of mods and equipment. Just to make sure that people know exactly how to use what is being purchased. I didn't see any sample juices, which always makes people want to buy more if they can sample some. But realistically speaking, the place is very clean, very comfortable, very relaxed and a place I could see myself hanging out at. Definitely recommend this vape ,shop they do a phenomenal job. read more

The Vape Shop - Awesome shop. - Vape Shops Near Me - Lacey, Washington

Now with the help of Bill and Jordan, I'm rocking my first mechanical mod. They really helped get me through the DIY of rebuildables. While my first few coils weren't so beautiful, they didn't make me feel like the total noob I am, the whole time : ) Still a great shop. Still a great staff. read more

Meh. It's ok. Nothing wrong with the place, just find that whenever I go there they don't seem to have what I want. I get there are thousands upon thousands of juices but even coils for popular vapes are hard to find here. The staff is friendly but they kind of leave you hanging for a bit. It's also kind of a awkward parking lot. Either way, the place isn't bad if you want to try something new. It just wasn't really my cup of tea. read more

Vape shop rules have changed in Pierce County because in Lacey, you can still VAPE inside the store. You can still get military discount and you can still earn points on your purchase. *WIN* On our very first visit, my husband wanted to go sub-ohm and John was extremely knowledgeable and helped him pick out what he needed and everything. Since this is a new shop to us, we needed to try lots of flavors and I personally LOVED that they didn't make it seem like it was such a hassle or wasting their time. Seriously. Will definitely be back for all our vape needs :) We've been coming here consistently for over 6 months. The blonde guy whose name is escaping my mind is AWESOME! He knows our names and is very personable and he knows his stuff. The owner is also AMAZING! We had an issue with a battery we bought and he took it in, contacted the company to see if he can get it fixed, which he couldn't... ended up just giving us a new battery. Dare I say, possibly the best vape shop in the Olympia/Lacey area :) read more

Superb customer service. There's a reason they weathered the economic downturn in the industry. Friendly, helpfull, fairly priced! Shop here! -Ron K read more

Great place to start vaping. These guys will hook you up with everything you need at a great price. My only complaint is they don't carry my brand of juice yet. They have a respectable assortment of flavors however. Honestly I thought id buy a vape pen and be done. But this place has sucked me into the hobby. read more

I give the vape shop in lacey 5 stars. Not only do they have a large inventory of juices but their customer service is the best , hands down. Any time I've needed help with anything from my mod to the coils and juices I use, they are always happy to help. I don't bother going anywhere else. read more

I've been trying to quit smoking for awhile. I've been back and forth between vaping and cigarettes for what seems like forever. Andy and Bill never judge and are super nice and helpful!!!! I am now cigerette free thanks to them! They remember my name and the flavors I like. I always feel comfortable and welcome when I walk into their shop. I've tried at least 5 other shops and have never gone back to any of them. I probably drive past 5 shops to go to theirs! The Vape Shop has something for everyones budget! Their punch card program rocks! They're always getting in new flavors and product. You can try everything before you buy it. He only vape shop I'll ever goto!!!! read more

I've been here three times so far. On all three occasions, I've been pleasantly shocked at the unusually good shopping experience. The last shop I'd gone to was dark, dingy, and staffed by sullen and unhelpful people who made me feel like I'm interrupting their busy schedule of doing nothing. This place is the total opposite--clean, well-lit, inviting, and staffed by helpful and knowledgeable people. Josh and Brandon did an excellent job helping me figure out what gear I needed, answering my questions and explaining the available options, and troubleshooting a few issues I had. I really like this shop, and am glad to have finally found one that I don't dread going to. read more

Got completely scammed, they didn't tell me the price or give me a receipt, turns out they added a "new tax" and got completely overcharged and they won't let me refund it. DO NOT GO HERE read more

Great experience! If anyone is looking for a quality vape shop with good people go here. I like the environment and the staff are very helpful if I remember the correctly it was Andy! I'll definitely go back. Go check it out! read more

I mean... I got what I needed and appreciate the help with the new pen I got, but the long haired, spectacled gentleman who helped me clearly needed an effing cigarette cause he snapped at me about three times for asking questions about the new product I was purchasing. He should probably chickity-check himself before he lickity-loses business! read more

Go see Bill at The Vape Shop. Excellent customer service and large variety of product. We won't shop anywhere else! Can't say enough good things about this shop! read more

My experience at the vape shop was quite amazing. Josh the employee in my opinion is the best at priming my coil. He had such a fine grip and never took his eyes off me while he proceeded to prime my coil. Amazing what he can do with just the tip. I could see the determination in his eyes that he was going to finish the job even when the juice was making contact with his tongue he refused to spit. 100% satisfied. Will come again. read more

One of my go to shops now. I stopped by there today, after visiting 2 others in the area. The really cute guy behind the counter was knowledgeable and very helpful. I lost the tank for my Ijust2 and was looking for a replacement that went with the battery. He not only found one, but discounted half!!!!. The selection of juices was huge, the prices reasonable. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for ecig products. I plan to return read more

This place would be 100% if the store manager could focus on the customers like his employees do, rather than bringing his personal life to work. (LOUDLY) A few weeks ago I went to buy an entirely new e-cig because I had a pretty old one, so I wanted to know exactly what I was getting and how they worked since I was about to drop $100. All the other employees were busy helping other customers so, and I'm grateful, the store manager came out from the back room and asked what I needed help with. When he pulled out the different kinds of e-cigs from the glass I could barely understand what he was saying because of how fast he was talking - this right after his girlfriend/wife/some blonde chick walked in the store loudly stating "So-and-so said he's on his way up here! (looks at cell phone) He's here, look that's his SUV outside." Store Owner: "Ok, so what does he want!?" At this point it was clear neither one of them wanted this person, an angry roommate or some other PERSONAL MATTER, to come in the store, as they were both going back and forth fervently and nervously asking WELL WHY WOULD HE EVEN BE COMING UP HERE?? Not only is it extremely unprofessional to bring your personal life to work, it made me feel VERY awkward and worst of all, rushed into picking which e-cig i wanted and was too afraid to ask questions seeing as I'm clearly annoying this guy, who has personal problems flooding into his store. The e-cig I ended up buying has an adjustable airflow thingy to it(Don't know what it's called, manager didn't tell me anything about it) but because I was rushed into picking out what I wanted, I didn't even notice until I got home, and had no idea how to use it, what coils it used, how to refill it, basically everything. All the other employees have been great in the past. One guy even helped me fix my tank when I thought I would just have to buy a new one completely. Maybe the manager was just having a bad day, but that display put on by him and his friend was unacceptable. Next time i choose to shop here I think I'll just wait to be helped by one of the employees who didn't rush me and get annoyed with my questions. read more

I am thankful to the gentlemen that work here. They are always so happy to help and fix my vape when it is broken. The selection of vape juice is unprecedented. read more

I came to this place because I thought I broke my new vape and wondered if these guys could help. They did an excellent job getting my vape up and running again all due to my error of putting the wrong coil in. They put a new coil in and got it running and it was free of charge which surprised me. I will keep doing business here. Great customer service. read more

I came in for coils for my tank and this shop didn't have any and no where else around either. I decided to buy a new tank and asked for a recommendation. The tank he recommended was the Smok baby prince. This tank is crap and it leaks. I went back in to maybe exchange the tank but the dude there takes my tank back and replaces my coil and seals...I've tried this, told the dude I tried this. He then says it's probably bad coils...which means all three of my coils where bad and that there's no refunds...I just wanted a replacement. I will not be shopping here again! read more

Very best vape shop in Olympia area. The staff is knowledgeable (especially Eric) and they are active in CASAA and other advocacy groups (an absolute must, especially these days). Very DIY-community-friendly. They have a great selection of juices, attys and mods, and a full-service on-site repair shop. The owner and his son (it's a family-run local business) are super nice and really know what they're doing. They participate in social media, and have excellent customer service. Highly recommended!!!! read more

Best vape shop in the area. Brandon was extremely helpful and the rewards are a nice touch. Highly recommend The Vape Shop!

I'm new to vaping, a couple of my friends introduced me to it and I've had a good experience starting at The Vape Shop. So for people that are new to it I can recommend going here as Brandon helped me in getting my first vaporizer. I didn't feel judged or ill prepared as he walked me through the process and had many recommendations for me. read more

Very nice and knowledgeable staff, Brandon answered all my questions and even recommended a new flavor that is very promising so far, only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they didn't have Shocker by Cosmic Fog, a very popular brand. They had some Cosmic Fog flavors but not all, but perhaps they were just out of stock, they also do military discount which was very nice! read more

Customer service is great! Decently good prices. The only thing I didn't like is the shop is to cold! But other than that. The people there really want to help you out and give you their full attention. Would recommend read more

These guys were awesome!! I lost my vape and they were the only place in town open until eight and who answered their phone! The guys who work there were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! Their selection is AMAZING and they have fair prices! Brandon helped me buy a great vape for a great price and didn't try to "up-sell" me into buying something more expensive that I didn't need---unlike some other places do! A+++ service! I will definitely be back, and you should too! Also they're the only place in town (I used to have to go to Tacoma) I have found to carry the Adam Bomb brand of e-juice! Thanks a million to them, I'm glad I stumbled upon this shop! read more

By far the best vape shop I've been too in Washington. Bill, the owner is the sweetest and most laid back guy ever. The entire staff is so cool, friendly, helpful, and patient. They make the best recommendations and I have been happy with every flavour they've suggested for me, every vape I've tried from them, their customer service, everything. Having an issue with a vape? They'll help you. One of the guys even went out of his way to help me with a mod I didn't even buy at that shop. I'm never visiting another one again, these guys are the best, hands down. If you need juice, coils, pods, etc these guys are who'd id recommend. Currently loving a Smok Novo Bill suggested to me, and it's the best vape I've had. They're great. read more

Worst customer service ever! I walked in and waited for about 15 minutes to be helped and nobody even said "Hi" to me.. So I just walked out. Looks like a good place but once you walk in you just want to get the hell out of there... Sorry to say it but... No Bueno! read more

I have been doing business with another vape store by safeway on the Yelm Hwy. They were more interested in scamming customers to make sales than helping clients with what they need. This place, The Vape Shop was extremely helpful. They were friendly, the other store owner was rude. This place made sure I had what I needed and explained how the vape I bought worked with what oils. Extremely professional. They have my business as long as thy have a business. I am sending all of my friends and clients to them. read more

This shop has great selection. The service is hit and miss depending on who is there. Normally get good knowledgeable service. Recently that has not been the case. Went in the other week and no one was out front. Could see guy in NY Giants hat messing around in the office. No acknowledgement at all. Waited five minutes without any help and left. Went back and an older gentlemen asked if we'd be quick about. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Used to really like this place but past couple times makes me want to go elsewhere read more

Once again, Bill the owner and staff at the Vape Shop went above and beyond to supply me with the correct equipment and best price on my vaping needs. In addition he also showed me how much he values his customers by throwing in a cool pink tank wrap to protect my new hardware. Most knowledgeable and best customer service in town. read more
