She was knowledgeable and had answered any questions I had and I left with everything I had hoped for and also a couple things I just didn't realize they supplied when going in, but I needed anyway. My second time was with who I think was the owner and he was also a friendly and informative salesperson. We chatted about knives and the products that were on the shelves when you walk in.
