The store itself has quite the selection of cigars, equipment, and the service has been impeccable every time. Once we finished shopping, we went around back to the lounge. From an outward appearance, wasn't sure what to expect other than a "garage/shop" of sorts. And maybe that's what it was in the beginning, but once we entered, I was very impressed with the layout, ventilation, seating, and all the screens. It provided comfort while we tried out some new brands and flavor profiles (please don't ever stop stocking KFC's). We stayed a couple hours, a couple of smokes... it was a great way to unwind. Now, this isn't like some of the lounges on the Reservations, where alcohol is provided, but still a great place to enjoy a few smokes and good company. Thank you to the owner (came by and chatted a bit) and despite the trek, it was well worth it for me. As always, enjoy and Happy Smoking!

There is a lounge you can smoke in for a price, but it's out of my budget so my wife tells me. They have lots of parties and special events, and stock all the supplies you could ever need. They don't sell cigarettes or vaping cr*p, you savages, so look elsewhere for those, but if you need pipe or cigar stuff, this is your daddy.

If you can get in before their odd closing window however, it is worth noting that this place is not handicap accessible, and the gentleman who runs the store will shut the door in your face if he sees you come toward the door with assistive walking devices (walkers/wheelchairs) and watch you struggle with the ding-dang door yourself. They were also caught price gouging during the pandemic and selling non sterile single masks for for $7 a piece as well as the small pocket hand sanitizers for about $8. The two stars I give are for the younger employees who are actually polite to customers and just wanna do their jobs and earn their living.

I've been shopping at this store for several years now one of the few vape shops left in this area…read more How ever their business hours state they are open from 10 AM to 8 PM. Usually means the doors are open and ready for business at 10 AM.... NOT opening an hour after the store is physically supposed to be open. Normally that hasnt been an issue but on some days one of the employees decides to show up late. Its a fairly common occurrence. 10 AM means usually open at 10 AM. If the person cant show up on time Id suggest having someone there that can physically open the store on time. Other than that gripe about being on time their service is pretty decent and have a decent selection.

The staff had been very polite and helpful each time I'd been to their business. I had called before going there the first time I had gone. It was just to make sure they had the vapes and products I needed, what the prices were, and the time their business was open-- everything was answered totally and pleasantly by a nice lady who was also the worker I interacted with at the store. She was knowledgeable and had answered any questions I had and I left with everything I had hoped for and also a couple things I just didn't realize they supplied when going in, but I needed anyway. My second time was with who I think was the owner and he was also a friendly and informative salesperson. We chatted about knives and the products that were on the shelves when you walk in. I got to check out some of the knives and had to stop myself from getting any because of their pricing. We joked around and I left again with everything I had needed and it was just another great visit to Got Smoke. I absolutely recommend them to people who need vapes, smoking supplies, lighters, or just want to look around at some cool clothing, bags, etc.
