I went in to find a solution for a vape I bought before my surgery. I wanted one that would vape a non-nicotine solution at a lower wattage. I bought two of the orange vape juices and and a VooPoo Drag H80, which I was told would do what I wanted. They also sold me two pods (that do not fit this model). When I went in today for solutions, the woman was much more in to proving me wrong and accusing me of lying. There's a reason they have bad reviews. Find solutions, not problems. I completely agree with Jamie J.'s review. Customer service was shit! This was our first time at Space Vapor. You would think they go out of their way to explain their process? Nope. My husband and I awkwardly stood waiting while the woman behind the counter chatted it up with a couple that were obviously regulars. A customer walked in 10 mins later and gave us more insight on their operation than any employee in that circus of a shop. If you are a new vaper please steer clear of Space Vapor!!! Suggested their in-house made flavors. Was so bad it made my girlfriend and I sick to our stomach, and the nicotine levels were so high it made us hiccup. Called to express our discontent politely, and ask for an exchange for a premade flavor that didn't make us sick, and was told we could only exchange it for more in-house flavors. I can't even just.... There is just so much to complain about here. First of all, I am so tired of always getting the juice made exactly to my liking. The flavors and customizable options are overwhelming and it just makes me spend more money! Why you do this!? Secondly, I'm getting pretty tired of the employees. The other day my husband my friend and myself went in to check it out. My husband and my friend both already been there and liked it so much they wanted me to check it out. Let me tell you this place is amazing! I love the atmosphere and the aura I get from walking into their shop. All the employees there are so awesome and helped me and my husband out a lot. I have a bearded dragon I use as a support animal due to reasons of my own but I sometimes get shunned away from a business when I have a harmless little lizard on my shoulder that absolutely does nothing but just snuggles in my hair. All the employees embraced our reptiles (because of course my husband and friend had to bring there to show off) and Olga was such a sweetheart. She not only was helping us like another amazing gentleman (which I am sorry I forgot your name awesome man!) but when others came in they immediately went over to help. I don't know about you but that to me is service! I love the acknowledgement and the way they handled our service. The gentleman that helped me make up my own concoction (again I am sorry I forgot your name) of a vape flavor I been trying to get on point for awhile now helped me nail it in less than 10 min. I even told him this is how Batman flavor should taste like and he took the liberty of putting on my bottle "Bat Juice". Again if that's not what excellent customer service is then I don't know sh*t. All in all don't pay attention to the bad reviews there are those rotten apples out there and it only takes one to do a chain reaction. Every business deserves a chance if not a second chance. Is easily one of the more pretentious stores I've been in. Staff wasn't super inviting, and they only sold house juice that was made on the spot. While at first this may seem like a great trendy idea, it's really just an inconvenient waste of time; if the juice isn't pre steeped (some brands will steep their batch for up to 2 weeks) the flavors don't mix right, and the profile is off. The exception is when you're adjusting nicotine levels. That being said, if you want a trendy looking vape lounge with a non-attentive hipster staff, and want to steep your own juice, this place is right up your alley. read more

Ok so I read the reviews about this place before I went in to this place. I was skeptical but I tried it. I came in right away and the staff was eager to help me right away. Charles helped me and is a very knowledgeable on vaping in all aspects. He helped me pick out my Rda I was looking for, got me the right Eire I wanted and also updated my ipv3 for free. I have been to a lot of vaping shops in the U.S and a big trend is the people treat you like your their peasant because they know so much more about vaping than you. This was not the case here. How ever the reason why I gave it a four out of five is because I wish they had more authentic RDA's and I haven't messed with their juice yet. I have been out of the VAPE scene for more than 2.5 years. Was getting back into Vapeing, and needed to replace my old tanks but my zmax was still good, bought a Aerotank Mega and I thought all was good.. But my juice was out of date and the manufacturer likes to use sugars to enhance the flavors, but that is REAL hard on the atty so I needed to replace that.. But I loved my Nectarine but it was looking a little nappy. After a short talk with the Marley, First try she hit the mark. I will be going back next payday. Update: 12/04/2014 Had a problem with my Aerotank Mega it was leaking through the breath hole.. Jon showed me what needed to be done to stop this. It turns out through heating and cooling the Atty works it was loose, and the 50/50 juice leaks down the threads into the air chamber where it can gurgle, and get juice mouth. read more

While it was a nice atmosphere, their assurances of being able to recreate my past order fell far short. They advertise that they make all their juices "fresh". Sorry, but pouring a flavored juice from the big bottle you bought it in, into the little bottle with other flavors, is not what i consider fresh. They also tell you to shake well and let it air out to allow the flavors to fully mix. Wouldn't time spent together also do that? Like, say, prebottling your flavors so you can create a consistent product? My first visit went well, I found a few flavors I liked and had them made up. When I tried the sample of the "freshly" made juice, it wasn't quite what I'd hope for. The mixologist (apparently to be a qualified mixologist all you need to do is spend lots of the mixing the pg/vg juices, she said she had 900 some odd hours of mixing, whatever that means) did go and add more of the flavor I asked for and I left satisfied, assured that I could come back and she would be able to recreate my flavors. My disappointment came when I went back for a refill. When she brought out my flavors, not only were they the wrong colors, they tasted nothing like what I had ordered before. Believe me, I vaped nothing but until I ran out. I sent those bottles back three times and she finally brought the big bottle of watermelon that she'd been adding. The flavor I was trying to have her recreate? Honey badger. Which tasted like honeysuckle. Not watermelon. When I gave her the little sampler that was the exact match to what i wanted, she tells me that "that's labeled wrong". I explained that I don't care what it's called, that's the flavor I want. The fourth time she brought out my bottle, she added pear. Not even close. I should have asked for my money back since they make you prepay for your order, instead I let them know I wouldn't be back. If you like constantly trying new flavors, then this is your place. If you want to find a flavor and stick with it, you better look elsewhere. Despite their claims, I don't believe they can hold up their end. Update: Thank you for the offer but I think not. I did not want to pay for the juices last time but felt pressured to do so because of your prepay policy. I did NOT ask for a variation of your juices. I tried the samples provided, picked two and once they were mixed up, they tasted nothing like the sample, no variations asked for by me. Did you miss the part about your employee telling me the sample was labeled wrong and that she could not recreate it because she didn't know what it really was? That the colors were completely different than the first batches? Because you mix them to order, I don't believe you are able to recreate the exact same flavors I enjoyed the first time. I spent twenty minutes giving your employee all of the descriptions for color and flavor difference that I tasted and saw and she was completely unable to fix them. The spearmint flavor I received the first time was green and was the correct flavor, the second was blue and only got bluer the more she attempted. It tasted like menthol, not spearmint. The first time I ordered the honey badger and it had a wonderful honeysuckle flavor and a golden yellow color. The second time it tasted of pear and was pink. She mixed it three times before she told me there's pear and watermelon, no honeysuckle. When I handed her the sample vial that I was trying to have her recreate, she tasted it and told me of wasn't honeybadger. I asked her to make whatever flavor was in that vial and what I got was more pear and pink color. And still labeled honeybadger, despite telling her that's not what I was looking for. I appreciate your offer but I spent at least 45 minutes working with her trying to leave with a good experience. I really felt like she was not listening to whatever descriptions I could give her to help her recreate those juices and I'd rather not go through it again. Most of the time I know what I want and need to spend very little time picking up my juices. I don't always have time to try them, wait for them to be mixed, sample again and wait for bottling. Heaven forbid, too, if there's only one person mixing juices and there are other customers ready at the same time. No matter what you do, someone will have to wait. read more

I've been vaping for almost 2 years now and the amount of vape shops to visit is sooo overwhelming... so when space vapor, only a 2 minute drive from my house, opened last april i thought HOW INCONVENIENT! who do they think they are opening up a vape shop so close to me... i was very troubled by this. THEN! Upon opening day the first 50 people get free eliquid for a year?!?! how is this even possible.... every week i go in and they WANT to make me a six ml bottle of my favorite custom blends? how inconvenient once again.... Then they have the audacity to remember my favorite flavor i want? WHAT IF I WANT TO CHOOSE FROM THEIR OTHER 1000000 FLAVOR BLENDS THEY CAN DO. At this point id also like to point out that their staff including Charles is by far the worst, most informative, postive and not to mention handsome consultant ive delt with. he always has to correct me with the right information about safe batteries, difference between volts and watts, voltage drop even what VG stands for! now im a cloud chukka and i know i need 100% PG for vapor production... by here comes charlie, saying, "actually, sir, if you dont mind me saying, you have it backwards. VG creates more vapor production." WHAT?!! i couldnt believe how rude he was correcting me when i was wrong?! Like he knows what hes talking about like hes the vape don or something..... After this i had to stay longer in there shop. i even BOUGHT a new mod and atty. I was so mad i had to spend even more so bring on the 120ml of what they call "Milky Matter"..... why on gods earth would you make something taste so delicious?! doesnt this company care about other juice brands and hurting there business because once youve tasted their juice consumers do not want to go back for more? now everyone is just going to want to come to space vapor for there liquid and vape accessories, even dope shirts! UNHEARD OF! as far as i stand with this shop i most likely will switch to space vapor, which is just up the road from me. theyre awesome there. really friendly and always have great advice and good coffee. read more

I wrote them on facebook asking if they had the kangertech mini subtanks and they said they did, and they offered to hold them for me until i was available to come in and they were so helpful, i think i talked with Marley. Anyways they also offered to give me the sale price even though the sale was up before I could make it in. I thought that was really nice and made me feel like i was important to them as a customer. Ok if I could I would give space vapor 2.5 stars... But that may change depending on what my next visit is like. So far I will admit I have only been in this store 2x. The first time was just to pick up some juice right when they opened, nothing eventful happened. The second time I was in there was where my motivation to write this review comes from. The first problem I had was with the amount of vapor in the air. I understand that it's a vape lounge and there will be vapor clouds in the air, (I'm not unreasonable) but this was ridiculous. I couldn't see 2 ft in front of me and I had an instant headache from the viscous and perfumed air. Furthermore the reason why the store looked like the worst hot boxed car in the world was bc on of the employees was having a little cloud blowing contest with a customer, which bothered me for 3 reasons. 1. I was sampling juices and this employee was blowing giant thick clouds in my face to the point that I couldn't taste the juice I was sampling due to all the second hand vapor. 2. Bc I was there for over 20 minutes because he wasn't paying attention to me (or the the other 2 customers in the store) bc he was too busy trying to be a human fog machine, and 3. bc I started vaping as an aid to stop smoking. This employee was treating the act of vaping as a hobby, acting like a teenager who vapes bc he thinks it's cool (I also understand that this is my own philosophy, and people can do what they wish but to me it seemed childish). The other problem I ran into during that trip to the store was that the bottle of juice I bought (which is much more expensive than other places. Most 12ml bottles of house juices from other vape shops are 5-6$, space vapor sells them for 9$) didn't taste anything like the first time I bought it. So their juice flavors don't seem to be consistent. I will go back the next time I'm on that side of tacoma and give it another shot, but from my experience there are better choices in the area. read more

Cool theme but the customer service wasn't the best. Stood there for a good 35 min before we could get decent help. Had a custom blueberry cheesecake 90/10 made with a 12nic level and holy horrible. Custom make, which was cool, label was horrible. Bottle would literally stick to my hand.. They need to run it more like a business than just a hangout spot. It got to the point where other customers were asking me for help on which mods did what and what tanks/RDA's were better than others. Talk about customer service on their part. The one and only time ive been to this store will be the only time youd see me there. First off there was only 2 customers in the store and they seemed to be friends with the employees behind the counter. Secondly when I walked in I wasnt even acknowledged that I had walked in. Thirdly, while I was standing there twiddling my thumbs and the employees were chatting it up with their buddies mo one asked me if they could help me with anything. The owners need to train their employees on how to treat a customer and NOT act like they (the customer) is interupting their fun. My transaction would have taken two minutes if they would have treated me as a customer and not an 5 year old. I needed a product that they didnt have and I was looking for juice but when she treated me like I was a nuisance instead of a customer for a product I just said nevermind on the juice its not worth it. Instead I found a online retailer that loves their customers and gives them great juice (1020ml of juice) at what 3 or 4 30ml bottles of juice at this place would cost. Cest La Vie! read more
