Usually means the doors are open and ready for business at 10 AM.... NOT opening an hour after the store is physically supposed to be open. Normally that hasnt been an issue but on some days one of the employees decides to show up late. Its a fairly common occurrence. 10 AM means usually open at 10 AM. If the person cant show up on time Id suggest having someone there that can physically open the store on time. Other than that gripe about being on time their service is pretty decent and have a decent selection.

The gal that works here is super friendly and 9 times out of 10 will recognize me when I come in and grab my juice and have it ready when I get to the counter. All of the other staff is polite and helpful as well. The only reason I give 4 stars is because often times my boyfriend will go in to grab my juice for me and the past 3 or 4 times he said they've told him he'd have enough points for a discount "next time". Which for me is not a deal breaker as having a rewards program is just a bonus in my opinion but I know it has been frustrating to him. He is retired military and they do offer a military discount also which is nice. Overall I would definitely recommend this shop due to its quick and friendly service and good variety of juice. I'll definitely continue shopping here due to the fact that as I said before they are the only shop in the area that I've found who carries my juice. I no longer live in Lacey and there are shops closer to me in Yelm but I continue making the drive out to this one as it's worth it to me.

I was very happy to find they had the coils I needed AND juices that I normally would drive up to Spanaway for. The dude was super nice and the credit card machine broke so he gave me the juice for free, but with corona going around and everyone struggling, I felt wrong so I went back the next day and paid. I didn't like how much vapor came out of the normal vapes so I never looked for other options. Well, I finally decided to come in and I'm really glad I did. They were super friendly and knowledgable. They helped me pick the right vape for me, gave me a discount on juices since I bought a kit, and was overall --- a really great experience. I would recommend giving this place a try! If you can get in before their odd closing window however, it is worth noting that this place is not handicap accessible, and the gentleman who runs the store will shut the door in your face if he sees you come toward the door with assistive walking devices (walkers/wheelchairs) and watch you struggle with the ding-dang door yourself. They were also caught price gouging during the pandemic and selling non sterile single masks for for $7 a piece as well as the small pocket hand sanitizers for about $8. The two stars I give are for the younger employees who are actually polite to customers and just wanna do their jobs and earn their living.

Most sales staff now are sort of surly and ill-tempered and don't seem to know their jobs very well. For example, it took me three visits to get help with a specific supplement they usually carry, and one sales staff person never asked for my customer rewards number. When I asked him if I could give it to him after he rang me up he said no. I left the store without my item. They also seem to have stopped carrying many items I used to purchase there. I'm going to start ordering what I need online. It's too bad because I really wanted to support my local store.
