Usually means the doors are open and ready for business at 10 AM.... NOT opening an hour after the store is physically supposed to be open. Normally that hasnt been an issue but on some days one of the employees decides to show up late. Its a fairly common occurrence. 10 AM means usually open at 10 AM. If the person cant show up on time Id suggest having someone there that can physically open the store on time. Other than that gripe about being on time their service is pretty decent and have a decent selection.

The other evening I had popped in with a friend after noticing their place earlier while I passed it as I made my way home from doing some errands. They have a nice and spacious lot to park in and the entrance is tidy and easy to access. When you enter the shop, it is an open floor plan with an impressive selection of pieces, products, smoking accessories, and vapes to check out if I hadn't come so close to closing. I'll be sure to give myself some extra time to look around the next time I go. My friend and I were both kindly greeted by the salesperson right when we had stepped in. He was due to ask if we'd needed help finding anything and if there were any questions he could answer for us. He was extremely kind and fun, and we chatted a bit following my purchase as we both checked out the store's products and pieces. I praise his quickness in finding what I was looking for and making sure I had everything I needed. I was also pleasantly surprised of the amount for what I had bought, was it was much cheaper than I expected. While checking out, the worker (sorry I am so bad at names) had asked if we'd visited the store before and I said we hadn't, he offered to sign me up for the rewards program if I would like to. I said why not, and he then explained how it works and the details it of what the offered. I appreciate the customer service I was provided and how kind and helpful he was; he got me signed up quickly and said a goodbye to us as we finished looking around and headed towards the door. I totally recommend The Smoke Shop Guys if you're looking for smoking pieces, smoking accessories, disposable and reusable vapes, and more along with a well kept store and good customer service. This place is my go to. Before the vape ban on flavors and coronavirus, this place was pretty well…read morestocked. Even after those two setbacks, they still have a decent offering. I had gone back to cigarettes during the ban but when the ban ended, I picked up a salts vape which is what I used to titrate down previously. I came back after a couple months for a new vape and was pleased to find a small selection available. The staff is always friendly and willing to help out and they are VERY useful in string me know the different flavors and explaining features on my vapes.
