Max has the best prices in town. I drive 10 miles to get my vape juice and coils. Best customer service also. You gotta try it

Little hidden shop with lots of floor space, not a whole lot of merchandise though. Plenty of vape flavors, and most importantly, they do carry decent 9/1 kratom for a 22/3 decent price. It's convenient for me so I come back often, but there is a couple places with a bit better prices. Still, right up the street is a pretty good convincer. read more

I've been going here on for years. I've purchased multiple pens and buy juice at Max's on a regular basis. On top of that the staff rocks. Super chill and easy to work with. It's the exact opposite of a lot of the other overpriced douchy vapor filled "vapor lounges" I cannot stand going anywhere near. Give these guys your support! read more

I've been going to Max's since before Covid and I realize this is a trying time , however I bought I battery that didn't work and I had to make it right through the manufacture, then I bought a box of throw away tanks and 1 was not like the other and they wouldn't swap it out , then a week later they sold me expired juice and wouldn't swap it out or return my money . So now they've lost a loyal customer. read more

I'm very glad I dropped by here today. I had been to 3 other vape shops looking for atomizers for my Ego Aio vape pen and nobody else had them. But Max's did! This is an awesome vape shop. Good selection, lower prices than anywhere else in Tacoma by far, and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this vape shop over any others in the area. This shop is great! I had called ahead, knowing what I was wanting, and Zack was super friendly and helpful over the phone. I had called several places in Tacoma prior to this and most were irritated with my questions and told me to just come in. I was trying not to drive all over to find what I was looking for! Thankfully, after speaking with Zack I drove to the shop and was in and out quickly, and thanks to their sale I spent less than I anticipated. Zack even set up my new vape for me! If I could give this place a ZERO I would. One of box mod's that was purchased from this place completely shut down within one and a half months. We took it back in hope of exchanging it one day after it stopped working. Instead of working with their customer to find a solution we were turned away and told there was no way to determine the condition of the box. Seriously? You didn't even bother to look at it. I love supporting small business but I can't support this business any longer. read more

This place sells Chinese made mechanical mod clones.. I actually find that kind of cool, however the mod that I purchased came broken out of the box and incapable of functioning properly. I came back looking either to find a fix for my problem or make an exchange, knowing that most vape shops don't take returns but figured that buying something broken out of the box kind of falls on the business. The employees get five stars, they are solid people and very friendly, however this two star review will sit firm due to the return policy that the owner has in place. If a business is going to carry cheap knock off products that aren't made as well as the official/ authentic versions than the business should have a slightly more lenient return policy. All of this being said the employee (Zach I believe) did offer me a package of really great coils on the house, which I really do appreciate, the gesture will definitely keep me from telling vapors 100% to not go there. Me however?? I buy a lot of mods and spend plenty of cash that I probably don't need at North Tac Vapors, and I'll be keeping my business there from now on. read more
