Left no mess behind & final charge was the same price as they originally quoted. Can't argue with that!

American Deluxe Windows and Doors was a wonderful company to work with. Tony, our salesperson,…read moregave me helpful recommendations including getting my windows up to code and suggestions of what types of windows would be appropriate while other companies did not. The windows were manufactured within the promised time. On installation day, the team was able to complete 15 windows and a sliding glass door in less than a day. The installation team was very profession and worked quickly. When one window was not manufactured properly, they took note of it, and came back to replace it. They made sure that ALL work was done correctly. My windows turned out great! I highly recommend this company.

We are happy repeat customers, based on experience and price…read more In our most recent work, we had a dining room window that would leak whenever rain came from the southeast (not a frequent occurrence). We asked for a quote from My WIndow Solutions, got one that was quite good. We had explained the rationale for getting a replacement window (the leak). Parry sent over his crew right away to caulk around the existing one so we wouldn't get any incursion while waiting for the new one to arrive and get installed. Nice! For this job, I had also asked to have a custom window casing and deep windowsill built. We agreed that I'd buy the materials (a particular trim profile and hardwood species), prime them, and they'd do the cutting and installation. This collaboration worked perfectly.

update Oct 9th The sad thing about My Windows Solutions is…read morethat I really like the people. They are animal rescuers and are so courteous. But when something goes wrong with the windows or blinds, it's the screen guys or contractors in my family that have to tell me that their work is shotty. It hasn't been a year and I have had so many problems and they make it like I am a complainer. My window that previously had large bow that the screen guy had to point out has another problem that bows the other way and won't close properly. Lonnie came out that night, which is priceless and sweet. But he said the window may need to be done again, which makes it so the custom screens need to be redone, which cost me a lot. I'm a disabled senior on fixed income and paid a lot for the windows and blinds. The screen people that are far more experienced and well reviewed said they never saw so many mistakes on brand new windows. It hasn't been a year. I got new windows so I didn't have to worry about them and it's worse now than the old windows. They better stand behind this and help with the screens, because this is unacceptable. Carlos and Joshua came by to replace defective blinds. And they checked other. They really stand behind their products and service. Lonnie the manager is the best to work with and will always address concerns. I continually applause My Windows Solutions and promote them to my neighbors and friends.

Barak, our rep, held our hand from the very first contact all the way through the final sign off. We ended up replacing the windows throughout the whole house with Sivan. Remodeling can be such a messy business, so I really appreciate contractors who respect our home and leave their workspace clean. The Sivan crew left things cleaner than they found them, they vacuumed afterward and everything looked spick-and-span. This was a stellar experience from beginning to end!…read more We spoke with Amanda Rodriguez over two different visits and she could not have been friendlier or more knowledgeable. We had tons of questions and decisions about what best matched the original look of the windows from our 1939 house. We finally decided on what windows we wanted replaced and put down a deposit. A second team member came out weeks later to confirm the measurements. And some weeks after that, the installation team of Juan and Erik came out to do the install. (They even started by doing the measurements a third time to make sure everything was correct! And it was.) They had told us that the job might take the whole day, but they carefully removed the old ones, installed the new ones and cleaned up afterward in only about six hours. It was a flawless experience. Everyone we dealt with was extremely kind, warm and knowledgable. And the new windows look stunning - while still matching the look of the almost 90-year old home. We cannot recommend them highly enough!
