Joseph did a great job replacing the mesh on my slider screen door. It was easy to get an appointment in a few days, he arrived on time & was nice. He quickly did the job & showed me the rollers that needed to be replaced. He also suggested the pet screen strength of mesh. I have already referred him to a friend. read more

Joseph to the rescue! I put off fixing my hole-filled screen windows and doors for too long and finally my kid fully detached the screen from the frame. I found Joseph and A1 and am so thankful! Joseph was SO responsive and professional. He was able to come out within a few days with his fancy truck filled with samples. We agreed on the work and he came back a week later for install. I appreciated that he was able to re-screen a lot of my existing frames and bend some back into shape, vs. him pushing me to replace them all. Above all else, he was courteous, prompt, and took pride in his work. I am so happy with the quality of work and my fancy new windows and sliding door! Thanks Joseph! read more

I left my contact information, how many screens to be re- screened and the woman said someone will call you tomorrow. They never returned my call. She said multiple times, "We are really busy ". read more

Excellent service. Attention to detail was great. Joseph was quick to respond and arrive to replace screen doors.

Joe Perlin is, both, the owner and operator of his mobile screen service. He, himself, comes out to your house and actually does the work, himself. That is extremely impressive since nobody does that anymore! I needed to replace all the screens in my house, including the patio screen door. Joe offered me many options. I decided on the Black Metal Sun Screen. Not only do the screens block the hot sun, but they look fantastic! Joe did such an amazingly great job at a very reasonable price. He is truly such a great guy, too! I highly recommend Joe Perlin and his A-1 Mobile Screen Service! . read more

No more bugs getting in through the window - thank you Joseph! We had previously had a "handyman" re-do the screens on the door and windows, and that was the wrong way to go. If you need your screens fixed or replaced - get a professional. Call A1 Mobile Screen Service. I'm so glad I did this time. We have beautiful secure screens and no more creep-crawly or creepy-flying intrusions. I had asked Joseph to text me when he was 30 minutes away and he did exactly that. He was punctual and professional and did an amazing job! No need to call anyone else! read more

Joseph is a joy to work with. A master at his craft, fair in prices. I will definitely use him again to re-screen the front of my home.

Just had Joseph come and replace 11 window screens (fabricated a new frame for one), and sliding door screen. He was fabulous! Very knowledgeable, friendly, communicative and on-time! Took about two hours from start to finish. Workmanship was great as well as cleaning up after himself. If and when you call him, he will ask questions so that he comes prepared -- in our case it was replacing the broken frame. Pricing was quite fair for the amount work he had. Very pleased with the results! Thank you, Joseph! read more

Broke half my windows "installing" new screens. Was late getting here...made me late to my job. As I was leaving to go to work, he followed me and tried to run me off the road, sideswiping me twice. Do not recommend! read more

Called Joseph to fix a few window screens at my home. He was very knowledgeable and came out to our home a couple days later. He made a couple new screens with frames for us, replaced a few others that only needed screen replacement and resized a few of our frames that were not opening/closings properly. Overall, I would highly recommend Joseph if you're in need of his services, great work, great price, and great results! read more

A1 did a great job fixing our screens. They also replaced our foundation screens. Their service was timely and service provided was quality.

Joseph replaced the screening in all our windows and a sliding screen door. Plus he adjusted the sliding door and a swinging front screen door, so both open, close, and lock properly now. We're very happy with his work, and we are enjoying a clearer view outside through the new screens. And we'll no longer have to worry about mosquitoes sneaking in, as they did through the old, stretched screens. Joseph is very professional, easy to deal with, and we would absolutely use him again. read more

Our dog chewed up our sliding screen door so we gave Joseph a call and he replaced the screen with his "Pet Mesh" (Pet Resistant) screen and also repaired the door frame so that it now slides better than it did before. I highly recommend A1 Mobile Screen! read more

Fast, reliable, and quality screen replacement. Highly recommend! Got same day service!

Before connecting with Joseph I had experienced (1) suppliers with crazy high prices; or (2) companies with decent pricing that just didn't show up to do the job. In contrast Joseph both had decent prices and showed up, as promised to fix my screens. The quality of his work was also excellent. I highly recommend A1 and Joseph for screening work. read more

So pleased with the workmanship and quality ! Joseph was great to work with and he's very professional! The screen door install and product was beyond my expectation! Total quality work! The type of Screen used is strong and resilient to stand up to my dogs, the door has a modern type hinge that keeps the door propped open and an easy push out to close the door. I cannot thank A1 Mobile Screen Service and Joseph personally for improving our quality of life. Earlier this year, we bought a home with several dozen windows, but almost none of them open. The only options for fresh air ventilation are to open some glass panels on large wrought-iron doors. Fitting a screen to these openings is tight, the frame width has to be just right so that the glass can close and latch. True to his 5-star reputation, Joseph arrived exactly when he said he would, built me a new screen and custom-fitted an unusual existing round-top screen that I had that didn't fit correctly. He worked quickly, the price was very reasonable and the screens look amazing and fit perfectly. What more could you want? Thank you Joseph for our beautiful screens. read more

We had an excellent experience with Joseph and his company, A1 Mobile Screen Service. I called, he was super easy going and nice and came out to the house the following day or two. He measured all my windows and gave me a great quote on screens. (Much more reasonable than his competitors). He even suggested the bronze frames and a certain color for the screens themselves so that they'd blend in beautifully with the trim of our house.. and they DO!! Also, we have a very old house (1932) and so the window openings aren't exactly square or perfect and yet Joseph made each screen custom to fit perfectly within each of my windows. He really takes his time and takes pride in getting it right. That's not easy to come by these days. He was a pleasure to meet and work with. I'd highly recommend Joseph to anyone that needs screens! I realized I forgot one of the most important parts.. all our screens had holes in them or frames were bent etc.. (they were 20 years old!) So we never opened our windows, not wanting flies or mosquitoes in the house! After Joseph made us all new screens, we are thoroughly enjoying the cross breezes and fresh air from open windows! Thank you, Joseph!!! read more

Huge thank you to this great small business! I had called Northridge screen to literally be scolded about why I needed a pet screen. Wow that guy was rude! Luckily, my next call was to A1 Mobile and what a difference!! They were nice, polite and available to come by 2 days later. They were on time, clean and efficient Joseph even went out of his way to help me connect my pet screen to an outside catio. He did an awesome job and my kitten loves being able to go in and out of the room/catio when she wants. Thanks again for helping my plan come together!! Highly recommend!! read more

Was looking to replace a few window screens and a screen door. I was initially worried that I would not be able to find a company to work a relatively small job. I requested a quote from five different companies, but Joe with A1 Mobile Screen Service replied within 10 minutes. Joe asked me a few simple questions and based on the pictures I sent gave me a reasonable quote. The other companies wanted me to call them and discuss my needs over the phone. Joe installed the Century Screen door, which compared to my Home Depot screen door, was like night and day. A huge improvement! He also replaced two windows screens that needed repair If you are looking for quality window screen work, give Joe a call! He will get the job done right read more

I found A1 Mobile Screen Service and Joe Perlin from reviews left by my neighbors in the Next Door app. He came highly recommended and I'm very glad I called him. It was very easy to schedule a time for him to come to my home, he was on time, and he created four screens for my house after I destroyed the screens a couple months ago trying to break into my own house after I locked myself out with my infant inside. I was weird about working around my baby's naptime and he was completely understanding and did a really great job. I highly recommend him and am glad I called! read more
