The entire experience was very seamless from booking the appt to arriving at the actual spa. Renee was super professional and incredibly warm, friendly and patient despite the fact I had got lost. When she escorted me in, I immediately felt good because the vibe was welcoming and felt very personalized and luxe! I got a glow facial, a bikini full and underarm wax. As a person who's been getting waxed for over 10 years, I still have moments when I get nervous because beauty is PAIN. I am convinced Renee is Brooklyns BEST kept secret!! From the first second you meet her, she makes you feel like a friend. The salon is beautiful, so cozy and the stations are spotless. Renee explained everything from beginning to end. What she was doing and why she was doing it too. I went in for a brow shaping, lash lift, and brow and lash tint. When I say she did her thing, I left with basically a new face lol. Unfortunately, due to Covid I was not able to have Neilda wax my brows and upper lip in the last year however, since she now opened Renee Esthetics I have returned to her (which was inevitable because I would follow her anywhere).
