Staff here was absolutely friendly and courteous with us especially with no other guests inside. Prices were a bit above average with moderate wait times but the food itself was absolutely filling making the wait time worth it. Then--by pure luck--we stumbled into Hangout Cafe after dinner next door, and WOW... this place saved us. They have an amazing selection of drinks--coffee, tea, bubble tea, bubble milk tea, and bubble milkshakes--but let's be real, I was there for the bingsoo. Choosing was tough because everything sounded incredible, but I went with the strawberry bingsoo, and it was next-level delicious. Light, refreshing, perfectly sweet... 10/10. The ordering counter displays a variety of freshly made pastries and bakery items that are very tempting. My drink was served in a real glass, and my food came out hot on an actual plate with a fork. I love places that make dining in feel intentional and special rather than treating it like takeout. I ordered the spinach Turkish bread ($8.75), and it completely exceeded my expectations. It was generously filled with spinach, cheese, and garlic, and the flavor was outstanding. You could tell it was freshly made and homemade. Just writing this review is making me crave it again. I also ordered an iced caramel macchiato ($6.25), which had a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness and paired really well with my food. One downside is that the dining room is not very large, so tables are close together. As it got busier during our visit, I became a bit uncomfortable because I could clearly hear the conversation at the table next to us, which meant they could hear ours, as well. It is something to keep in mind if you plan to stay. Because of this, I now usually order my drink to go. Overall, I am extremely impressed with this cafe. The food court area is separate from the grocery store and has its own entrance (far right doors as you face the front of the store).
